Abstract

The present invention provides a vane rotary type gas compressor including a casing, a compressor main body provided within the casing and compressing a coolant sucked by rotary drive, and a drive power transmitter applying a rotary drive power to the compressor main body, and an outer peripheral wall of the casing is provided with a vibration transmission suppressing rib continuously from a mounting portion on a vehicle side, the vibration transmission suppressing rib suppressing vibration transmission caused by the rotary drive of the compressor main body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A vane rotary type gas compressor comprising: a casing;
 a compressor main body provided within the casing and compressing a coolant sucked by rotary drive; and a drive power transmitter applying a rotary drive power to the compressor main body, wherein an outer peripheral wall of the casing is provided with a vibration transmission suppressing rib continuously from a mounting portion on a vehicle side, the vibration transmission suppressing rib suppressing vibration transmission caused by the rotary drive of the compressor main body.

         2 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 1 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is provided on a whole periphery of the outer peripheral wall of the casing.

         3 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 1 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is provided on the outer peripheral wall surrounding a periphery of the compressor main body within the casing.

         4 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 1 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is a convex portion which projects from the outer peripheral wall of the casing, and is provided with an auxiliary rib which is extended to a flange portion toward an opening portion of the casing.

         5 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 4 , wherein a thickness reduction portion concaved toward the outer peripheral wall of the casing from the outer periphery is provided between the flange portion and the vibration transmission suppressing rib.

         6 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 2 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is a convex portion which projects from the outer peripheral wall of the casing, and is provided with an auxiliary rib which is extended to a flange portion toward an opening portion of the casing.

         7 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 6 , wherein a thickness reduction portion concaved toward the outer peripheral wall of the casing from the outer periphery is provided between the flange portion and the vibration transmission suppressing rib.

         8 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 3 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is a convex portion which projects from the outer peripheral wall of the casing, and is provided with an auxiliary rib which is extended to a flange portion toward an opening portion of the casing.

         9 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 8 , wherein a thickness reduction portion concaved toward the outer peripheral wall of the casing from the outer periphery is provided between the flange portion and the vibration transmission suppressing rib.

         10 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 2 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is provided on the outer peripheral wall surrounding a periphery of the compressor main body within the casing.

         11 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 10 , wherein the vibration transmission suppressing rib is a convex portion which projects from the outer peripheral wall of the casing, and is provided with an auxiliary rib which is extended to a flange portion toward an opening portion of the casing.

         12 . The vane rotary type gas compressor according to claim 11 , wherein a thickness reduction portion concaved toward the outer peripheral wall of the casing from the outer periphery provided between the flange portion and the vibration transmission suppressing rib.
