Abstract

An half shoe includes an upper part, a lower part, an insole part, a bag main part, a first annular elastic part, a covering part, and a second annular elastic part. The insole part, which is attached an upper side surface of the lower part, has elasticity and deodorant effect. The bag main part is constituted by sewing up edges of the upper and lower parts to provide an opening in end part sides of the upper and lower parts. The first annular elastic part is sewn on the opening by the upper part of the bag main part. The covering part is sewn by gathering on the upper part to cover a whole part located in the opening of the first annular elastic part. The second annular elastic part is sewn on the opening by the lower part of the bag main part by gathering.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An half shoe comprising:
an upper part, which is asymmetrical, made of natural leather having softness and elasticity or made of material equivalent to the natural leather; a lower part, which is narrower than the upper part and is asymmetrical, made of natural leather having softness and elasticity or made of material equivalent to the natural leather; an insole part, which is attached an upper side surface of the lower part, having elasticity and deodorant effect; a bag main part constituted by sewing up edges of the upper and lower parts to provide an opening in end part sides of the upper and lower parts; a first annular elastic part sewn on the opening by the upper part of the bag main part; a covering part sewn by gathering on the upper part to cover a whole part located in the opening of the first annular elastic part; and a second annular elastic part sewn on the opening by the lower part of the bag main part by gathering.

2 . The half shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the insole part is attached to the upper side surface of the lower part by rubber paste adhesion and sewn with a V-shaped stitch from one end part side of the upper side surface of the lower part toward another end part side of the upper side surface of the lower part.

3 . The half shoe according to claim 2 , wherein the bag main part is constituted by sewing up the edges of the upper and lower parts in about 2.5-mm margin for seam.

4 . The half shoe according to claim. 3 , wherein the upper part and the lower part are made of natural cowhide having thickness of about 0.4 mm and having softness and elasticity or are made of material having a function equivalent to the natural cowhide.

5 . The half shoe according to claim 4 , wherein a front side of the natural cowhide is an upper side surface of the upper part, and a back side of the natural cowhide is a lower side surface of the lower part.

6 . The half shoe according to claim 5 , wherein the insole part has a tag having deodorant effect.

7 . The half shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the bag main part is constituted by sewing up the edges of the upper and lower parts in about 2.5-mm margin for seam.

8 . The half shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the upper part and the lower part are made of natural cowhide having thickness of about 0.4 mm and having softness and elasticity or are made of material having a function equivalent to the natural cowhide.

9 . The half shoe according to claim 1 , wherein a front side of the natural leather is an upper side surface of the upper part, and a back side of the natural leather is a lower side surface of the lower part.

10 . The half shoe according to claim 1 , wherein the insole part has a tag having deodorant effect.

11 . A method for producing an half shoe, comprising:
attaching an insole part having elasticity and deodorant effect to an upper side of a lower part, the lower part being narrower than an upper part which is asymmetrical and which is made of natural leather having softness and elasticity or which is made of material equivalent to the natural leather, the lower part being asymmetrical and made of natural leather having softness and elasticity or made of material equivalent to the natural leather; sewing the insole part with a V-shaped stitch from the one end part side of the upper side surface of the lower part toward another end part side of the upper side surface of the lower part; sewing up edges of the upper part and lower parts to provide a bag main part including an opening in end part sides of the upper and lower parts; sewing a first annular elastic part on the opening by the upper part of the bag main part; sewing a covering part by gathering on the upper part to cover a whole part located in the opening of the first annular elastic part; and sewing a second annular elastic part on the opening by the lower part of the bag main part by gathering.

12 . The method for producing the half shoe according to claim 11 , wherein the constituting of the bag main part includes sewing up the edges of the upper and lower parts in about 2.5-mm margin for seam.

13 . The method for producing the half shoe according to claim 11 , further comprising:
attaching a tag having deodorant effect to the insole part.

14 . The method for producing the half shoe according to claim 12 , further comprising:
attaching a tag having deodorant effect to the insole part.
