Abstract

A hunting blind includes a body assembly and a roof assembly. The body assembly includes a body frame defining a receiving cavity, and a body blind embedding the body frame for hiding a hunter in the receiving cavity. The roof assembly includes a roof frame detachably attached on the body frame, and a roof blind provided on the roof frame to operate between a hiding mode and a hunting mode, wherein in the hiding mode, the roof frame and the roof blind are attached on the body frame so as to conceal the receiving cavity, wherein in the hunting mode, the roof assembly is operated to create a roof opening for communicating the receiving cavity with an exterior of the hunting blind, so that a hunter may normally hide in the receiving cavity and expose himself through the roof opening for hunting a predetermined target.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A hunting blind, comprising:
a body assembly which comprises a body frame defining a receiving cavity, and a body blind embedding said body frame for hiding a hunter in said receiving cavity; and a roof assembly, which comprises a roof frame detachably attached on said body frame, and a roof blind provided on said roof frame to operate between a hiding mode and a hunting mode, wherein in said hiding mode, said roof frame and said roof blind are attached on said body frame so as to conceal said receiving cavity, wherein in said hunting mode, said roof assembly is operated to create a roof opening for communicating said receiving cavity with an exterior of said hunting blind, so that a hunter may normally hide in said receiving cavity and expose himself through said roof opening for hunting a predetermined target.

2 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a detachable arrangement provided between said body assembly and said roof assembly for facilitating said roof assembly to be detachable from said body assembly.

3 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 2 , wherein said detachable arrangement comprises a plurality of body connectors spacedly provided on said body assembly, and a plurality of roof connectors spacedly provided on said roof assembly, wherein said body connectors and said roof connectors are detachably connected with each other respectively so as to detachable connect said roof assembly onto said body assembly.

4 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 3 , wherein said each of said body connector comprises a mounting hook extended from and supported by said corresponding elongated frame members, whereas each of said roof connectors comprises a mounting loop extended from and supported by said corresponding elongated roof members, wherein each of said mounting hooks is aligned with said corresponding mounting loop so that said mounting loop is capable of detachably connecting to said corresponding mounting hook.

5 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 3 , wherein said body frame of said body assembly comprises a plurality of elongated frame members bent to form an enclosed structure having said receiving cavity defined within said elongated frame members, wherein said body blind is attached on said elongated frame members for providing shading to said receiving cavity.

6 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 4 , wherein said body frame of said body assembly comprises a plurality of elongated frame members bent to form an enclosed structure having said receiving cavity defined within said elongated frame members, wherein said body blind is attached on said elongated frame members for providing shading to said receiving cavity.

7 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 5 , wherein said body assembly further contains at least one ventilation opening provided on said body blind for facilitating ventilating between said receiving cavity and ambient atmosphere.

8 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 6 , wherein said body assembly further contains at least one ventilation opening provided on said body blind for facilitating ventilating between said receiving cavity and ambient atmosphere.

9 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 7 , wherein said body assembly further comprises at least one zipper element operatively provided on said body blind for allowing a user to selectively operate said zipper element for selectively opening and closing said ventilation opening.

10 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 8 , wherein said body assembly further comprises at least one zipper element operatively provided on said body blind for allowing a user to selectively operate said zipper element for selectively opening and closing said ventilation opening.

11 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 9 , wherein said body assembly further contains at least one entrance opening provided on said body blind for allowing said user to enter and exit said hunting blind.

12 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 10 , wherein said body assembly further contains at least one entrance opening provided on said body blind for allowing said user to enter and exit said hunting blind.

13 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 11 , wherein said roof frame of said roof assembly comprises a plurality of elongated roof members bent to form an enclosed structure, wherein said roof blind is attached on said elongated roof members for normally providing shielding to said receiving cavity.

14 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 12 , wherein said roof frame of said roof assembly comprises a plurality of elongated roof members bent to form an enclosed structure, wherein said roof blind is attached on said elongated roof members for normally providing shielding to said receiving cavity.

15 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 13 , wherein said roof opening of said roof assembly is formed by detaching said roof assembly from said body assembly.

16 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 14 , wherein said roof opening of said roof assembly is formed by detaching said roof assembly from said body assembly.

17 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 13 , wherein said roof opening is formed by forming an opening on said roof assembly through a predetermined operation of said elongated roof members of said roof frame, wherein said elongated roof member is bent to a first roof section and a second roof section, in such a manner that said first roof section is overlappedly foldable toward said second roof section to form said roof opening on said roof assembly.

18 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 14 , wherein said roof opening is formed by forming an opening on said roof assembly through a predetermined operation of said elongated roof members of said roof frame, wherein said elongated roof member is bent to a first roof section and a second roof section, in such a manner that said first roof section is overlappedly foldable toward said second roof section to form said roof opening on said roof assembly

19 . The hunting blind, as recited in claim 13 , wherein said roof assembly further comprises a roof zipper formed on said roof blind so as to allow a portion of said roof blind to be opened through said roof zipper and outwardly folded toward said remaining portion of said roof blind so as to create said roof opening.
