Abstract

The present application relates to a method for performing an exhaust cycle of a vacuum solar thermal panel comprising a heating phase of the overall panel up to a maximum temperature (Tm), being the temperature sustainable by at least a panel component. According to the invention it is foreseen a further heating phase being a selective heating phase of some selected panel components, this further heating phase being performed at a second temperature (Th) which is greater than the maximum temperature (Tm).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for performing an exhaust cycle of a vacuum solar thermal panel while having the panel connected to a vacuum pump to exhaust desorpted gases, said method comprising:
a heating phase of the overall panel up to a maximum temperature (Tm), being the maximum temperature sustainable by at least a panel component; a further heating phase being a selective heating phase of some selected panel components, this further heating phase being performed at a second temperature (Th) which is greater than said maximum temperature (Tm).

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said second temperature (Th) is sustainable by said selected components.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said second temperature (Th) is between 250 and 550° C.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said selective heating phase is performed concurrently with said first heating phase.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said selective heating phase involves a solar absorber comprised into said panel.

6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said selective heating phase comprises an irradiation of said panel.

7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein said irradiation of said panel is performed with electromagnetic radiation in the visible range.

8 . The method according to claim 7 , wherein said irradiation of said panel is performed with Radio Frequency electromagnetic radiation.

9 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein said first heating phase of the overall panel is performed in an oven up to said maximum temperature (Tm).
