Syndication of behavioral and third party datum from a monetization platform

Abstract

A system for delivering behavioral data for purposes of facilitating providing targeted advertising to mobile devices may include integrating third party data in order to provide a more comprehensive set of behavioral data.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A system comprising one or more computers having computer readable mediums having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by one or more processors of the one or more computers, causes the system to facilitate providing targeted advertising via a monetization platform by performing the steps of:
 receiving a request for data from an advertising network, wherein the request for data includes a specified search performed on a plurality of cellular phones;   identifying respective users of the plurality of cellular phones having performed the specified search within a predetermined amount of time prior to the request for data;   attributing a first financial consideration to a first listing of the users identified as having performed the specified search;   receiving data from a remote database, wherein the data is contextually related to the specified search;   identifying one or more of the users associated with the data received from the remote database based on the one or more of the users being referenced in the data;   attributing a second financial consideration to a second listing of the one or more of the users referenced in the data received from the remote database; and   transmitting to the advertising network the first listing or second listing based on a corresponding financial consideration offered to be paid.   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the remote database is at least one of:
 (a) a public database;   (b) a subscription database;   (c) a freeware database; and   (d) a purchased database.   
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 2 , wherein the public database includes at least one of:
 (a) census data;   (b) voter registration data;   (c) real estate assessment data;   (d) public registry data;   (e) vehicle registry data; and   (f) court records data.   
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 2 , wherein the specified search relates to mortgage financing or refinancing and the data received from the remote database relates to home sales or refinance activity.
