Benzylpiperizine compound

Abstract

Disclosed is a benzylpiperizine compound represented by formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is useful as a medicinal agent such as an antidepressant agent. (In the formula (1), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R 2 is a group bound in a p- or m-position relative to a methylene group and represents a chlorine atom bound in a p-position, a bromine atom bound in a p-position, a methyl group bound in a p-position, a chlorine atom bound in a m-position or a bromine atom bound to in a m-position; X represents a methylene or an oxygen atom; and n represents an integer of 1 to 3.)

1 . A compound represented by the formula (12) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       wherein X represents a methylene group or an oxygen atom; n represents an integer of 1 to 3; and LG 1  represents an iodine atom, a bromine atom, a chlorine atom, or a substituted sulfonyloxy group. 
     
     
         2 . The compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein LG 1  represents a bromine atom, or a substituted sulfonyloxy group. 
     
     
         3 . The compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein LG 1  represents a benzenesulfonyloxy group, or a p-toluenesulfonyloxy group. 
     
     
         4 . The compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound represented by the formula (12) is selected from the group consisting of the following compounds:
 (2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-6-yl)ethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, 
 2-(8-Oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)ethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, 
 2-(3-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-5-yl)ethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, 
 2-(5-Oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzoxepin-7-yl)ethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, and 
 (2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-6-yl)ethyl benzenesulfonate). 
 
     
     
         5 . The compound according to  claim 1  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the compound represented by the formula (12) is selected from the group consisting of the following compounds:
 (2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-6-yl)ethyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate, and 
 (2-(4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-6-yl)ethyl benzenesulfonate).
