Abstract
The invention relates to novel USP2a peptides and antibodies, as well as nucleic acids related to them. The peptides, antibodies and the nucleic acids are useful for the detection, staging and monitoring of the progression of cancer, as well as for determining or monitoring the efficacy of treatment.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A nucleic acid molecule encoding a protein or peptide molecule selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO, 1, SEQ ID NO. 2, and variants thereof.
2 . The nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 , comprising at least about 5 nucleic acid bases to about 80 nucleic acid bases.
3 . The nucleic acid molecule of claim 2 , further comprising at least about 10 nucleic acid bases to about 30 nucleic acid bases.
4 . The nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 , wherein the nucleic acid molecule is a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecule.
5 . The nucleic acid molecule of claim 1 , wherein the nucleic acid molecule is a ribonucleic acid (RNA) molecule.
6 . The nucleic acid molecule of claims 1 , wherein the nucleic acid molecule further comprises a detectable label.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
