Abstract
Bottle neck structure and relative cap made of plastic material, particularly for water and beverages, comprising a neck ( 1 ) screw ( 4 ) with concave arc-shaped helical element and volutes mutually adjacent to define narrow crests ( 5 ) and female screw ( 15 ) of the cap ( 2 ) with spiral of the arc-shaped convex thread accurately convexly complementary to the concavity ( 4 ) of the helical element of the neck.

2 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim one, characterised in that it comprises:
an arc-shaped concavity ( 4 ) helically developing on the neck ( 1 ) to provide a screw ( 4 ) with arcature preferably not exceeding 120° (one hundred and twenty nonagesimal degrees); a female screw ( 15 ) with the spiral of the arc-shaped convex thread accurately convexly complementary to the concavity ( 4 ) of the helical element of the neck ( 1 ).
3 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim one, characterised in that the volutes of the arched helical concavity ( 4 ) or screw ( 4 ) on the neck ( 1 ) of the bottle ( 3 ) are mutually adjacent to define crests ( 5 ) as narrow as possible.
4 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim two, characterised in that the arcature of the profile of the concavity ( 4 ) developing helically on the neck ( 1 ) to form a screw ( 4 ) and the arcature of the profile of the convex thread ( 15 ) developing as female screw ( 15 ) in the cap ( 2 ) are comprised between 90° (ninety nonagesimal degrees) and 120° (one hundred and twenty nonagesimal degrees).
5 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim two, characterised in that the outer face ( 8 ) of the top annular edge ( 7 ) defining the opening ( 6 ) of the neck ( 1 ) of the bottle ( 3 ) is coplanar or preferably circumferentially sub-levelled with respect to the bottom of the helical arched concavity ( 4 ) or screw ( 4 ) provided on the neck ( 1 ) of the bottle ( 3 ).
6 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim two, characterised in that the interior of the cap ( 2 ) near the top part ( 16 ) is divided by a pronounced interior annular partition element ( 18 ) with relief ( 19 ) on the relative outer face and by a smaller outer annular partition element ( 20 ) between which there is defined a circular interface ( 21 ) whose bottom ( 22 ) is shaped degrading from the outer annular partition element ( 20 ) towards the inner annular partition element ( 18 ).
7 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to claim two, characterised in that an annular relief ( 9 ) with straight trapezoidal section with inclined side ( 10 ) free and facing upwards for abutment against a self-tear sealing strip ( 11 ) arranged underlying ( 12 ) at the lower part of the helical arched concavity ( 4 ) or neck ( 1 ) screw ( 4 ) is provided.
8 ) Bottle neck structure and relative cap according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said annular relief ( 9 ) is notched in low relief.
