Abstract

S1P receptor modulators or agonists are administered following a dosage regimen whereby during the initial days of treatment the daily dosage is lower than the standard daily dosage.

1 . A kit containing daily units of medication of an S1P receptor modulator or agonist of varying daily dosage, whereby said doses are lower than the standard daily dosage. 
     
     
         2 . The kit according to claim  30  wherein the S1P receptor modulator or agonist is Compound A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or prodrug thereof. 
     
     
         3 . A kit comprising units of medication of an S1P receptor modulator or agonist for administration according to the dosage regimen defined claim  14 , whereby one or more low-dose units of a dose strength below the standard daily dose of said S1P receptor modulator or agonist are provided for the initial period of treatment. 
     
     
         4 . The kit according to claim  32  wherein the S1P receptor modulator or agonist is Compound A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or prodrug thereof. 
     
     
         5 . A kit comprising units of medication of an S1P receptor modulator or agonist for administration according to the dosage regimen defined claim  22 , whereby one or more low-dose units of a dose strength below the standard daily dose of said S1P receptor modulator or agonist are provided for the initial period of treatment. 
     
     
         6 . The kit according to claim  34  wherein the S1P receptor modulator or agonist is Compound A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or prodrug thereof. 
     
     
         7 . A kit comprising units of medication of an S1P receptor modulator or agonist for administration according to the dosage regimen defined claim  26 , whereby one or more low-dose units of a dose strength below the standard daily dose of said S1P receptor modulator or agonist are provided for the initial period of treatment. 
     
     
         8 . The kit according to claim  36  wherein the S1P receptor modulator or agonist is Compound A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or prodrug thereof.
