Abstract
A hair curling device includes a hair roller adapted to provide the hair wrapped and attached on it, and a resilient sheath adapted for surrounding the hair roller. The resilient sheath is adapted to be changed in the elastic deformation with respect to the outlines of the hair roller to surround and abut against the hair roller to keep a lot of or a little hair securely attached to the hair roller.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hair curling device comprising:
a hair roller adapted to provide the hair wrapped around and attached thereon; and a resilient sheath attached with hair roller and being adapted to be changed in the elastic deformation with respect to the outlines of the hair roller to surround and abut against the hair roller and the hair to keep the hair securely attached to the hair roller.
2 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the hair roller includes first and second ends disposed at two opposite ends thereof and extended along a longitudinal axis thereof, wherein a side edge is extended between the first and second ends.
3 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the hair roller further includes a spiral groove extended along the longitudinal axis thereof from the first end to the second end, with the spiral groove being adapted for receiving the hair.
4 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the spiral groove includes an arc shaped bottom adapted for receiving the hair and a plurality of turning sections arranged to space the side edge.
5 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an end of the hair roller is firmly coupled with an end of the resilient sheath.
6 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the hair roller is formed as a cylinder.
7 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the side edge is extended and expanded from the first end to the second end, with the hair roller formed as a cone.
8 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a side portion is extended between two opposite ends of the resilient sheath and abutted against the side edge.
9 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the side portion includes a plurality of first and second strings interlacing to each other to form a plurality of meshes.
10 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein each of the plurality of meshes is a quadrangle.
11 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the first and second ends respectively include first and second end faces, with a periphery of the first end face and a periphery of the second end face respectively surrounded and delimited by the side edge, wherein the resilient sheath includes first and second annular portions disposed at two opposite ends thereof and extended along a longitudinal axis thereof, with a periphery of the first annular portion and a periphery of the second annular portion respectively surrounded and delimited by the side portion, wherein the peripheries of the first and second end faces are respectively received in and abutted against the first and second annular portions.
12 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the peripheries of the first and second end faces are respectively defined first and second circumferences, wherein a periphery of the side edge is defined a third circumference, wherein an inner peripheries of the first and second annular portions are respectively defined fourth and fifth circumferences, wherein an inner periphery of the side portion is defined a sixth circumference, wherein the fourth circumference is less than the first circumference, wherein the fifth circumference is less than the second circumference, wherein the sixth circumference is less than the third circumference.
13 . The hair curling device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sheath includes a side portion extended between two opposite ends thereof and made from elastic fiber cloth.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
