Abstract
An apparatus including a first member, a second member, a third member, a first section, and, a second section. A first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the first section; and a second end, which opposes the first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the second section, in a manner such that the first, the second, and the third members are substantially parallel to each other, and the first and the second sections are substantially parallel to each other. The apparatus may be substantially smaller than an average adult person, and the apparatus may be configured so that the apparatus can be picked up by an average adult person gripping the first member, the second member, or the third member, and lifting the apparatus.

1 . An apparatus comprising:
a first member; a second member; a third member; a first section; and a second section; wherein a first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the first section; and a second end, which opposes the first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the second section, in a manner such that the first, the second, and the third members are substantially parallel to each other, and the first and the second sections are substantially parallel to each other; and and wherein the apparatus is substantially smaller than an average adult person, and the apparatus is configured so that the apparatus can be picked up by an average adult person gripping the first member, the second member, or the third member, and lifting the apparatus.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising
a first wheel rotatably mounted to the first section;
3 . The apparatus of claim 2 further comprising
a second wheel rotatably mounted to the second section.
4 . The apparatus of claim 3 further comprising
a third wheel rotatably mounted to the first section; and
a fourth wheel rotatably mounted to the second section.
5 . The apparatus of 3 wherein
the first wheel is rotatably mounted to the first section and the second wheel is rotatably mounted to the second section so that the first wheel rotates about a first axis and the second wheel rotates about a second axis, wherein the first axis and the second axis are substantially parallel to each other.
6 . The apparatus of 4 wherein
the first and the third wheels are rotatably mounted to the first section and the second and the fourth wheels are rotatably mounted to the second section so that the first and the third wheels rotate about a first and a third axis, respectively, and the second and the fourth wheels rotate about a second and a fourth axis, respectively, wherein the first, the second, the third, and the fourth axis are substantially parallel to each other.
7 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein
the first section has a first triangular shape and the first ends of the first, second, and third members are fixed to the first section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the first triangular shape; and
the second section has a second triangular shape and the second ends of the first, second, and third members are fixed to the second section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the second triangular shape.
8 . The apparatus of claim 6 wherein
the first and third wheels protrude outwards from one side of the first section;
and the second and the fourth wheels protrude outwards from one side of the second section.
9 . The apparatus of claim 6 wherein
the first section has a first triangular shape and the first ends of the first, second, and third members are fixed to the first section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the first triangular shape;
wherein the second section has a second triangular shape and the second ends of the first, second, and third members are fixed to the second section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the second triangular shape;
wherein the first and third wheels protrude outwards from one side of the first section;
and wherein the second and the fourth wheels protrude outwards from one side of the second section.
10 . The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising
first, second, and third non slip gripping materials fixed to the first, second, and third members, respectively.
11 . A method comprising
placing a first and a second apparatus on a floor; gripping the first and the second apparatus while the first and the second apparatus are on the floor; performing a push up exercise while gripping the first and the second apparatus; wherein each of the first and the second apparatus include
a first member;
a second member;
a third member;
a first section; and
a second section;
wherein a first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the first section; and a second end, which opposes the first end of each of the first, the second, and the third member is fixed to the second section, in a manner such that the first, the second, and the third members are substantially parallel to each other, and the first and the second sections are substantially parallel to each other; and and wherein each of the first and the second apparatus is substantially smaller than an average adult person, and each of the first and the second apparatus is configured so that each of the first and the second apparatus can be picked up by an average adult person gripping the first member, the second member, or the third member of each of the first and the second apparatus and lifting each of the first and the second apparatus.
12 . The method of claim 11 wherein
each of the first and the second apparatus includes a first wheel rotatably mounted to the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus.
13 . The method of claim 12 wherein
each of the first and the second apparatus includes a second wheel rotatably mounted to the second section each of the first and the second apparatus.
14 . The method of claim 13 further comprising
each of the first and the second apparatus includes a third wheel rotatably mounted to the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus and a fourth wheel rotatably mounted to the second section of each of the first and the second apparatus.
15 . The method of 13 wherein
the first wheel is rotatably mounted to the first section and the second wheel is rotatably mounted to the second section, of each of the first and the second apparatus, so that the first wheel rotates about a first axis and the second wheel rotates about a second axis, of each of the first and the second apparatus, wherein the first axis and the second axis of each of the first and the second apparatus are substantially parallel to each other.
16 . The method of 14 wherein
the first and the third wheels of each of the first and the second apparatus are rotatably mounted to the first section and the second and the fourth wheels of each of the first and the second apparatus are rotatably mounted to the second section so that the first and the third wheels rotate about a first and a third axis, respectively, and the second and the fourth wheels rotate about a second and a fourth axis, of each of the first and the second apparatus, respectively, wherein the first, the second, the third, and the fourth axis are substantially parallel to each other.
17 . The method of claim 11 wherein
the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus, has a first triangular shape and the first ends of the first, second, and third members of each of the first and the second apparatus are fixed to the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the first triangular shape of each of the first and the second apparatus; and
the second section of each of the first and the second apparatus has a second triangular shape and the second ends of the first, second, and third members of each of the first and the second apparatus are fixed to the second section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the second triangular shape, of each of the first and the second apparatus.
18 . The method of claim 16 wherein
the first and third wheels of each of the first and the second apparatus protrude outwards from one side of the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus;
and the second and the fourth wheels of each of the first and the second apparatus protrude outwards from one side of the second section of each of the first and the second apparatus.
19 . The method of claim 16 wherein
the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus has a first triangular shape and the first ends of the first, second, and third members of each of the first and the second apparatus are fixed to the first section substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the first triangular shape of each of the first and the second apparatus;
wherein the second section of each of the first and the second apparatus has a second triangular shape and the second ends of the first, second, and third members of each of the first and the second apparatus are fixed to the second section of each of the first and the second apparatus substantially at first, second, and third vertices, respectively, of the second triangular shape, of each of the first and the second apparatus
wherein the first and third wheels protrude outwards from one side of the first section of each of the first and the second apparatus;

20 . The method of claim 11 wherein
