Abstract

The present invention is a bedside urinal holder that is utilized to secure a urinal holder to a bedside rail or stretcher that includes a generally rectangular base with a distal end that accommodates a urinal holder that is removably placed on the generally rectangular base and an inverted c-shaped attachment device with a top curved end, a bottom curved end and an elongated straight portion integral to the top curved end and the bottom curved end forming the attachment device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A bedside urinal holder that is utilized to secure a urinal holder to a bedside rail, comprising:
a generally rectangular base with a distal end that accommodates a urinal holder that is removably placed on said generally rectangular base; and an inverted c-shaped attachment device with a top curved end, a bottom curved end and an elongated straight portion integral to said top curved end and said bottom curved end forming said attachment device, wherein said top curved end is disposed above said bottom curved in a vertical plane such that said attachment device is adapted to attach to a side rail.

2 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said base is horizontally attached to said attachment device.

3 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said base is approximately 11 cm in length.

4 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said base is approximately 10.5 cm in width.

5 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said bottom curved end is stretched to fit said side rail properly and prevent said bedside urinal holder from sliding while attached to said side rail.

6 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said bottom curved end is approximately 3 cm deep.

7 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said distal end of said base is attached to said elongated straight portion of said attachment device.

8 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said elongated straight portion includes one approximate 2 inch elastic linear portion adjacent to said bottom curved end providing flexibility to said bottom curved end.

9 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said bedside urinal holder is made of recycled material.

10 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 1 , wherein said bedside urinal holder is used as a large cup or a container holder.

11 . A bedside urinal holder that is utilized to secure a urinal holder to a stretcher, comprising:
a generally rectangular base with a distal end that accommodates a urinal holder that is removably placed on said generally rectangular base; and an inverted c-shaped attachment device with a top curved end, a bottom curved end and an elongated straight portion integral to said top curved end and said bottom curved end forming said attachment device, wherein said top curved end is disposed above said bottom curved in a vertical plane such that said attachment device is adapted to attach to a side rail.

12 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said base is horizontally attached to said attachment device.

13 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said base is approximately 11 cm in length.

14 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said base is approximately 10.5 cm in width.

15 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said bottom curved end is stretched to fit said side rail properly and prevent said bedside urinal holder from sliding while attached to said side rail.

16 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said bottom curved end is approximately 3 cm deep.

17 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said distal end of said base is attached to said elongated straight portion of said attachment device.

18 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said elongated straight portion includes one approximate 2 inch elastic linear portion adjacent to said bottom curved end providing flexibility to said bottom curved end.

19 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said bedside urinal holder is made of recycled material.

20 . The bedside urinal holder according to claim 11 , wherein said bedside urinal holder is used as a large cup or a container holder.
