Abstract

Present invention novelty is based on wearing an active hat on one's head, thus being able to activate, upon demand or in certain defined situations, opening or closing an object, operating or shutting off a visual presentation, when device controlling these actions is attached to the hat. Visual 2 or 3 dimensions presentation, or presentation using an electric screen, can be shown when device opens. The viewer will then be presented with, for example, electronic system, or an electric, or manual mechanism in motion, such as a 3-dimensions doll performing certain actions. Another possible application is appearance of a digital screen showing a picture, a motion picture or a demo, while hat is in open or closed position.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . System and device enabled under the present invention, wherein, the system includes system and devices implementations attached to a hat that can be wear on the user head, and when system and device are installed as an integral part of the hat, or as a system enabled to be connected or to be removed from some hats, wherein, the system and device include the following components:
 A. The system and the device are attached, or integrated to some area on the hat still enabling to wear on the user head, wherein; B. In some parts of the hat, for example in the front, is an installation shaped in a shape of a door, that can be opened or shut at desired times or randomly, or can be controlled and operated by the user, or operates when an external event occurs, or stops, wherein; C. When the door, in closed position hides a hollow space exist between the door and the hat, wherein, that space contains shapes, such as 2 or 3-dimensions figurines, for example a doll, wherein; D. the shape, for example, a 3-dimensions doll, is attached to a mechanical system, electronic system, or a combination of these both, enabling in time of operating events, such as activation or deactivation of operation switch, to moves some of the system componnent, or to close the system operation, wherein, at least some of these components are attached or part of the 3-dimensions figurine, for example, a doll, wherein, movement of system components simulates a doll in action, a doll in movement, wherein; E. Motion imitating doll's movements attached to the system which moves the doll, can be accompanied by an additional component of the system, such as a vocal operational implementation with optional recording possibility such as recording of user's voice, to be heard when doll moves, wherein; F. The system and the device optionally can include lights implementations, wherein; G. The system and the device shall include energy source such as electric battery, or, alternatively, mechanical operating device such as elastic spring with releasing effect, or other combinations.

2 . The system and the device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, the system and the device include technological means enabling computerized implementations, such as some, if not all, of the following components: Computerized system, hardware, dedicated software's and operational software's, connecting and wiring computerized system which enables connection and transmission of different types of computerized files, including audio files, pictures files, video files, etc.

3 . The system and the device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, the system and device opening and shutting doors is optional part of the system and device and in some implementations of the system and the device doors are not exists, and the observed, optionally heard, presentation taking place when the system and the device are activated is shown on a computerized screen, wherein, the system and the device include an option for technological means enabling computerized implementations, such as some, if not all, of the following components: Computerized system, hardware, dedicated software's and operational software's, connecting and wiring computerized system which enables connection and transmission of different types of computerized files, including audio files, pictures files, video files, etc.

4 . The system and the device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, an additional implementations of the present invention will be added without separating and hiding the system and, or its components behind a door which can be opened as already stated, but within an at least partially exposed parts of the system and the device on the hat.

5 . The system and the device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein, additional implementations of the present invention includes a computerized or electronic screen, enabling showing pictures, or video, with a possibility of sound effects, at time operated and scheduled by the user, and when this device is part of the presently innovated hat.
