Abstract

The present invention provides Chlamydia proteins and methods of use in diagnostic and detection assays as well as in treatment and immunization protocols.

         22 . A method of treating chlamydial infection in a subject, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of an isolated  Chlamydia trachomatis  CT812 protein, thereby treating chlamydial infection in the subject.
