Abstract
A fan device includes a primary blade unit, a guiding member, and a secondary blade unit. The primary blade unit includes a mounting seat having a plurality of flow channels, and a primary blade rotatably mounted in the mounting seat and having a plurality of ventilating holes that are movable to align with the flow channels. The guiding member has a plurality of flow guiding ducts aligning with the flow channels. The guiding member has a flow guiding surface. The secondary blade unit includes a plurality of mounting plates having a vent hole for mounting a plurality of secondary blades. Thus, when the ambient air flow is introduced into the fan device, the primary blade unit and the secondary blade unit guide and inject the air flow in two different directions to diffuse and spread the air flow.

a primary blade unit; and a guiding member connected with the primary blade unit; wherein the primary blade unit includes: a mounting seat having a first side provided with a plurality of flow channels; a primary blade rotatably mounted in the mounting seat and having a periphery provided with a plurality of ventilating holes that are movable to align with the flow channels of the mounting seat respectively; and a driving mechanism mounted on the mounting seat to drive and rotate the primary blade; the driving mechanism of the primary blade unit is located between the mounting seat and the guiding member; the guiding member is located outside of the mounting seat of the primary blade unit and has a periphery provided with a plurality of flow guiding ducts aligning with the flow channels of the mounting seat respectively; the guiding member has an outer side provided with a flow guiding surface.
2 . The fan device of claim 1 , wherein
the fan device further comprises a secondary blade unit connected with the primary blade unit; the secondary blade unit includes: a plurality of mounting plates connected with the mounting seat of the primary blade unit; and an end cap connected with the mounting plates; each of the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit has a surface provided with a vent hole for mounting a plurality of secondary blades; each of the secondary blades is pivotally mounted in the vent hole; and the secondary blade unit further includes a plurality of adjusting members each movably mounted on a respective one of the mounting plates and each pivotally connected with the secondary blades on the respective mounting plate to drive and pivot the secondary blades relative to the respective mounting plate.
3 . The fan device of claim 2 , wherein
the mounting seat of the primary blade unit has an open second side provided with a plurality of connecting holes; the mounting seat of the primary blade unit is hollow and has a tapered shape; the mounting seat of the primary blade unit has a diameter increased gradually from the first side to the open second side of the mounting seat; each of the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit has a first end connected with the mounting seat of the primary blade unit and a second end connected with the end cap; and each of the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit has a side provided with at least one connecting rod connected with a respective one of the connecting holes of the mounting seat to connect the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit with of the primary blade unit.
4 . The fan device of claim 2 , wherein
the first side of the mounting seat has a surface provided with a through hole; the driving mechanism of the primary blade unit includes a propeller shaft extended through the through hole of the mounting seat and extended into the mounting seat; the primary blade unit further includes: a spindle rotatably mounted on a central portion of the first side of the mounting seat and connected with the primary blade to rotate the primary blade; a drive gear secured on the propeller shaft of the driving mechanism to rotate in concert with the propeller shaft of the driving mechanism; and a driven gear secured on the spindle to rotate the spindle and meshing with and driven by the drive gear.
5 . The fan device of claim 4 , wherein
the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit are located between the mounting seat of the primary blade unit and the end cap of the secondary blade unit; the mounting seat of the primary blade unit is received in the mounting plates of the secondary blade unit; the driven gear of the primary blade unit is located between the primary blade and the first side of the mounting seat; and the primary blade of the primary blade unit has a central portion secured on the spindle to rotate in concert with the spindle.
6 . The fan device of claim 1 , wherein
the mounting seat of the primary blade unit is sandwiched between the primary blade and the guiding member; the guiding member has a central portion provided with a receiving recess for mounting the driving mechanism of the primary blade unit; and the vent hole of each of the mounting plates is connected to the flow guiding surface and the flow guiding ducts of the guiding member.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
