Abstract

The present disclosure relates to sport headscarf comprising a hood defining an opening allowing the sport headscarf to be worn on a wearer's head, and an attachment for allowing release of the hood upon application of a predetermined force. The present disclosure also relates to a sport headscarf comprising a combination including a hood and a head band and an attachment for allowing release of the hood upon application of a predetermined force. The sport headscarf may safely be worn during a sporting event.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sport headscarf comprising:
 a hood defining an opening, the hood being adapted to be worn on a wearer's head, the hood covering a wearer's hair and neck; and   an attachment for allowing release of the hood upon application of a predetermined force.   
     
     
         2 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , comprising a head band for holding the wearer's hair. 
     
     
         3 . The headscarf of  claim 2 , comprising a pocket at the back of the head band for holding the wearer's hair. 
     
     
         4 . The headscarf of  claim 2 , wherein the hood and the head band are sewn together. 
     
     
         5 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , wherein the attachment comprises a magnet for maintaining the hood in place until application of the predetermined force. 
     
     
         6 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , wherein the attachment is at a front of the hood. 
     
     
         7 . The headscarf of  claim 6 , wherein the attachment forms an angle from underneath one of a wearer's ear towards a wearer's armpit. 
     
     
         8 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , wherein the hood is configured to fully cover a wearer's head, neck, ears and throat while revealing a wearer's face. 
     
     
         9 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , wherein the hood is shaped to cover at least in part shoulders and an upper back of the wearer. 
     
     
         10 . The headscarf of  claim 1 , wherein the hood and attachment form a hijab. 
     
     
         11 . A sport headscarf, comprising:
 a combination including a hood and a head band, the hood covering a user's head and neck; and   an attachment for allowing release of the hood upon application of a predetermined force.
