Abstract

A pipeline pump with thermal protection includes a motor, a handle arranged on the motor, a pump body arranged on a motor shaft, a water outlet and a water inlet arranged on the pump body, and an impeller arranged inside the pump body. One side of the pump body is fixed and sealed with a pump cover. A temperature detecting device is fixed on the pump body. The temperature detecting device is connected to a circuit board. The pump body is made of a copper material, a blind hole is provided on the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is sealed on the pump body through a thermally conductive adhesive.

A pipeline pump with thermal protection, comprising a motor, wherein a handle is arranged on the motor, a pump body is arranged on a motor shaft, a water outlet and a water inlet are arranged on the pump body, an impeller is arranged inside the pump body, one side of the pump body is fixed and sealed with a pump cover, a temperature detecting device is fixed on the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is connected to a temperature control circuit board. 
     
     
         2 . The pipeline pump with thermal protection according to  claim 1 , wherein the pump body is made of a copper material, a blind hole is provided on the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is sealed on the pump body through a thermally conductive adhesive.

The pipeline pump with thermal protection according to  claim 1 , wherein a copper insert is arranged between the pump body and the impeller, a blind hole is provided on the inside of the pump body, and the temperature detecting device is sealed on the pump body through a thermally conductive adhesive, and is in contact with the inner wall of the profile cavity of the pump body.

The pipeline pump with thermal protection according to  claim 1 , wherein a bracket is arranged below the motor, a temperature control box is arranged inside the bracket, a temperature control circuit board is mounted inside the temperature control box, and a temperature control box cover seals the temperature control box. 
     
     
         5 . The pipeline pump with thermal protection according to  claim 1 , wherein the temperature detecting device includes a thermosensitive resistor.
