Abstract
A waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe, including: a sole, including a vapor permeation region; an assembly insole, made of waterproof material, including at least one vapor-permeable or perforated portion above the vapor permeation region which, once assembled, it covers; and a top assembly including a vapor-permeable lining, a vapor-permeable upper, a waterproof and vapor-permeable upper membrane between them, the top assembly being associated with the assembly insole, at least predominantly according to a AGO lasting working method, and a region for waterproof sealing of the assembly insole to the sole, the sealing region substantially surrounding the vapor-permeable or perforated portion which is free for vapor permeation.

19 . A waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe, comprising:
a sole, including a vapor permeation region; an assembly insole, made of waterproof material, including at least one vapor-permeable or perforated portion above the vapor permeation region which, once assembled, it covers; a top assembly comprising a vapor-permeable lining, a vapor-permeable upper, a waterproof and vapor-permeable upper membrane between them, the top assembly being associated with the assembly insole, at least predominantly according to a AGO lasting working method, and a region provided for waterproof sealing of the assembly insole to the sole, the sealing region substantially surrounding the vapor-permeable or perforated portion which is free for vapor permeation.
20 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , wherein a lower rim of the upper membrane and a lower edge of the upper are joined, folded back and glued so as to form a seal, according to the AGO lasting working method, under a perimetric edge of the assembly insole.
21 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 20 , wherein the lower edge includes a sealing element joined to the lower rim of the upper membrane, the lower rim and the sealing element being folded back and glued so as to form a seal, according to the AGO lasting working method, under the perimetric edge of the assembly insole.
22 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 21 , wherein the sealing element includes waterproof and heat-activated polymeric material, made to adhere intimately so as to form a seal to the lower rim and to the sole.
23 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 21 , wherein the sealing element is permeable to sealing material and is permeated by material for sealing the sole to the assembly insole, the sealing material being selected from:
an adhesive, for connection of the sole to an upper assembly formed by the joining of the top assembly and of the assembly insole, when the sole is preformed, to glue it to the upper assembly; a material for providing the sole, when it is formed, at least partially, by direct injection on the upper assembly.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 20 , wherein a lower flap of the lining and a lower rim of the upper membrane are joined, the lower flap being skived so as to expose the lower rim, the lower rim being exposed through the lower flap, skived, folded back and glued so as to form a seal, according to the AGO lasting working method, under the perimetric edge of the assembly insole.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 24 , wherein the assembly insole includes a vapor-permeable structural layer that substantially conforms to it and is superimposed on its face that is directed toward a foot insertion region, the lower flap of the lining and the lower rim of the upper membrane being folded back and glued, at least predominantly according to the AGO lasting working method, under the perimetric portion of the vapor-permeable structural layer, the assembly insole straddling and surmounting the vapor-permeable structural layer and the lower rim, being sealed thereto in a waterproof manner, the lower edge of the upper being further folded back and glued, according to the AGO lasting working method, below the perimetric edge of the assembly insole.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 24 , wherein the lower flap of the lining and the lower rim of the upper membrane are folded back and glued, at least predominantly according to the AGO lasting working method, under the perimetric edge of the assembly insole, an auxiliary gasket surmounting and straddling the assembly insole and the lower edge, sealing them to each other in a waterproof manner, the lower edge of the upper being further folded back and glued, according to the AGO lasting working method, on the auxiliary gasket.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 24 , wherein the lower flap of the lining and the lower rim of the upper membrane are folded back and glued, at least predominantly according to the AGO lasting working method, under the perimetric edge of the assembly insole, the lower edge of the upper being folded back and glued, according to the AGO lasting working method, on the lower rim, leaving exposed an end portion thereof, the sole being sealed in a waterproof manner to the end portion and to the assembly insole, leaving free the vapor-permeable or perforated portion thereof.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , wherein the assembly insole includes waterproof polymeric material, the sole having one or more openings or a plurality of holes that face the vapor-permeable or perforated portion and are hermetically covered by a waterproof and vapor-permeable insert, to allow evacuation of vapor from a foot insertion region, at a same time preventing rise of liquid toward the region.

The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , further comprising a plantar insert, which is waterproof and vapor-permeable and is sealed, along a perimeter thereof, to the assembly insole, of which it covers at least the vapor-permeable or perforated portion, the vapor-permeable or perforated portion being sealed perimetrically to the vapor permeation region of the sole.
30 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 29 , wherein the assembly insole includes a vapor-permeable structural layer that substantially conforms to it and is superimposed on the plantar insert, which it covers.
31 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , further comprising a sealing film, made of thermoplastic polymeric material, which is arranged so as to seal the assembly insole, at least around the vapor-permeable or perforated portion, to the plantar insert that covers it.
32 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , wherein the sole includes one or more openings or a plurality of free holes that pass through its thickness, for evacuation of the water vapor that arrives from a foot insertion region.
33 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , wherein the sole includes one or more openings or a plurality of holes which face the vapor-permeable or perforated portion and are hermetically covered by a waterproof and vapor-permeable insert, to allow evacuation of vapor from a foot insertion region, simultaneously preventing rise of liquid toward the region.
34 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 19 , wherein the assembly insole is, at least in one of its layers, made of waterproof and vapor-permeable polymeric material and is sealed perimetrically to the sole, so as to provide a waterproof seal of the vapor permeation region.
35 . The waterproof and vapor-permeable shoe according to claim 34 wherein the sole includes one or more openings or a plurality of free holes which pass through its thickness, for evacuation of the water vapor that arrives from the foot insertion region.
36 .
