Hair brush

Abstract

A hair care device is provided comprising an ergonomic convex handle portion adapted for use with hands of various sizes, including right and left hands, and a plurality of substantially flexible bristles connected to the handle portion. The handle portion comprises additional features, such as detachable portions and at least one internal storage volume.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hair care device comprising:
 a handle portion comprising a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion comprising a plurality of convex protrusions and the bottom portion comprising a plurality of bristles of different lengths arranged in an array extending across substantially all of the bottom portion;   wherein the handle portion comprises an internal storage volume for housing contents.   
     
     
         2 . The hair care device of  claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the top portion is selectively detachable from a remainder of the device. 
     
     
         3 . The hair care device of  claim 2 , wherein the portion is hingedly detachable from the remainder of the device. 
     
     
         4 . The hair care device of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of bristles comprises bristles of at least three different lengths. 
     
     
         5 . The hair care device of  claim 1 , wherein the handle portion comprises a main convex protrusion and a plurality of smaller convex protrusions substantially disposed on a periphery of the main convex protrusion. 
     
     
         6 . The hair care device of  claim 1 , wherein the top portion is fully detachable from the bottom portion. 
     
     
         7 . The hair care device of  claim 6 , wherein a plurality of top portions is provided, the plurality of top portions being selectively attachable to the bottom portion. 
     
     
         8 . The hair care device of  claim 1 , wherein the handle comprises a plurality of internal storage volumes.
