Abstract

The present invention discloses a construction method for repairing cracks ( 1 ), comprising the following steps: i) coating a solvent ( 2 ) capable of interfusing with asphalt and dust to improve the caking property between the seal repairing material and cracks ( 1 ); ii) scattering high-intensity fibers ( 3 ) with suitable length and size in diameter, usually less than 1 mm on the cracks ( 1 ), wherein longitudinal directions of most fibers ( 3 ) are crossed with the trends of the cracks ( 1 ), and lapped with each other or form a reticular structure; iii) pouring asphalt or macromolecule glue into the cracks ( 1 ), or adhering a strip repairing material ( 4 ) onto the cracks ( 1 ), whereby the fibers ( 3 ) are bonded to the seal repairing material automatically. The construction method enables the repairing material to be bonded to and interfused with the fibers ( 3 ), achieving a repairing effect with excellent expansibility and low-temperature resistance.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A construction method for preventing cracks after repair, said method comprises the following steps:
 a. coating a solvent capable of interfusing with asphalt and dust on cracks to improve the caking property between seal repairing materials and the cracks; b. scattering high-intensity fibers with suitable length and size on the cracks, wherein longitudinal directions of most fibers are crossed with the trends of the cracks, and lapped with each other or form a reticular structure; and c. pouring asphalt or macromolecule glue into the cracks, or adhering a strip repairing material onto the cracks, wherein the fibers are bonded to the seal repairing material automatically; the cracks are breaks in buildings, such as road, bridges and walls.

2 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein the solvent is capable of interfusing with loose dust and asphalt on crack surfaces so that the seal repairing material is fully bonded to the crack surfaces, thereby preventing the seal repairing material from separating from the crack surfaces.

3 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein the high-intensity fibers are directly scattered on the cracks.

4 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein longitudinal directions of most of the scattered high-intensity fibers are crossed with the trends of the cracks, and lapped with each other or form a reticular structure.

5 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein the seal repairing material is automatically bonded to and interfused with the fibers.

6 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein the seal repairing material forms a flexible seal repairing layer having good expansibility and low-temperature cracking resistance, and crack prevention capabilities.

7 . The construction method according to claim 1 , wherein the seal repairing material is asphalt, modified asphalt, silica-gel, synthetic glue, asphalt strip, water stop strip, and water-proof roll.

8 . The construction method according to claim 1 , the solvent is a mixture of oil and water such as the mixture of diesel oil, water and emulsified bitumen.

9 . The construction method according to claim 1 , the high-intensity fibers are small pieces of tires which are made of robbers and fibers, prefer used tires which are able to generate high strength of fiber materials.

10 . The construction method according to claim 1 , said asphalt or macromolecule glue is bitumen 70/100 or SBS modified asphalt.

11 . A construction kit for repairing cracks of buildings, said kit comprises a solvent capable of interfusing with asphalt and dust on cracks, high-intensity fibers with various length and size, and seal repairing material.

12 . The construction kit according claim 11 , wherein the solvent is capable of interfusing with loose dust and asphalt on crack surfaces.

13 . The construction kit according claim 11 , the solvent is a mixture of oil and water such as the mixture of diesel oil, water and emulsified bitumen.

14 . The construction kit according claim 11 , wherein the seal repairing material are able to form a flexible seal repairing layer having good expansibility and low-temperature cracking resistance.

15 . The construction kit according claim 11 , wherein the seal repairing material is one or more compound(s) selected from asphalt, modified asphalt, silica-gel, synthetic glue, asphalt strip, water stop strip, and water-proof roll.

16 . The construction kit according claim 11 , said high-intensity fibers are small pieces of tires.

17 . The construction kit according claim 11 ,the seal repairing material is one or two compounds selected from bitumen 70/100 and SBS modified asphalt.
