Injection systems comprising a powered injector and one or more hazardous agents are disclosed.

         22 . A prefilled syringe, comprising a container including a pharmaceutical solution formulation of a medicament with a concentration between about 5 mg/ml and about 25 mg/ml in a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent. 
     
     
         23 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 22 , including a dosage of between about 2.5 mg and about 5 mg of medicament. 
     
     
         24 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 22 , including between about 0.02 ml to about 4.0 ml of medicament. 
     
     
         25 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 24 , including less than about 3 ml of medicament. 
     
     
         26 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 24 , including about 4 ml of medicament. 
     
     
         27 . The prefilled syringe according to any of  claim 22  through  26 , wherein the medicament is methotrexate.

         34 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 32 , including about 4 ml of medicament. 
     
     
         35 . The prefilled syringe according to  claim 32 , wherein the pharmaceutical solution formulation includes a concentration of between about 5 mg/ml and about 25 mg/ml of the medicament.
