Abstract

A knockdown golf bag for being component size self-compensating. The knockdown golf bag includes a bag, an upper frame, a lower frame, rods, and a partition. The bag is collapsible, and as such, has a collapsed mode and an uncollapsed mode. The upper frame is replaceably attached to the bag. The lower frame is replaceably attached to the bag. The rods extend from, and between, the upper frame and the lower frame to maintain the bag in the uncollapsed mode thereof, and when removed, allow the bag to achieve the collapsed mode thereof. The partition extends within the bag, from the upper frame to the lower frame, and is elastometrically attached to the lower frame so as to allow the golf bag to be component size self-compensating.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
The invention claimed is:

         1 . A knockdown golf bag for being component size self-compensating, comprising:
 a) a bag; b) an upper frame; c) a lower frame; d) rods; and e) a partition; wherein said bag is collapsible, and as such, has a collapsed mode and an uncollapsed mode; wherein said upper frame is replaceably attached to said bag; wherein said lower frame is replaceably attached to said bag; wherein said rods extend from, and between, said upper frame and said lower frame to maintain said bag in said uncollapsed mode thereof, and when removed, allow said bag to achieve said collapsed mode thereof; and wherein said partition extends within said bag, from said upper frame to said lower frame, and is elastometrically attached to said lower frame so as to allow said golf bag to be component size self-compensating.

         2 . The knockdown golf bag of claim 1 , wherein said partition and said top frame are integrally formed.

         3 . The knockdown golf bag of claim 1 , wherein said partition depends from said top frame to a terminal end having elastic straps thereon to selectively engage said lower frame so as to allow said golf bag to be component size self-compensating.

         4 . The knockdown golf bag of  claim 1 , wherein said bag has an upper end and a lower end;
 wherein said upper end of said bag has upper sleeves spaced therearound; and wherein said lower end of said bag has lower sleeves spaced therearound.

         5 . The knockdown golf bag of claim 4 , wherein said top frame is replaceably secured to said upper end of said bag; and
 wherein said lower frame is replaceably secured to said lower end of said bag.

         6 . The knockdown golf bag of claim 4 , wherein said rods are replaceably secured in said upper sleeves of said bag and said lower sleeves 32 of said bag.

         7 . The knockdown golf bag of claim 4 , wherein said top frame is replaceably secured to said upper end of said bag by upper push pins that enter said upper end of said bag and snap into said top frame; and
 wherein said lower frame is replaceably secured to said lower end of said bag by lower push pins that enter said lower end of said bag and snap into said lower frame.
