Abstract

A method and a production line for producing a cold-rolled steel flat product from a hot strip with scale adhering to it and consisting of a non-corroding steel. The hot strip with scale adhering to it is cold-rolled into a steel flat product, the cold-rolled steel flat product is annealed and the annealed steel flat product is descaled. According to the invention, the cold-rolled steel flat product obtained after cold rolling the hot strip is subjected to descaling treatment in the hard-rolled state before annealing, in which the scale present on the cold-rolled steel flat product is mechanically removed. In this way, methods and production lines can be implemented, by means of which cold-rolled steel flat products can be produced cost-effectively from non-corroding steel with an improved surface finish.

         17 . A method for producing a non-corroding cold-rolled steel flat product, comprising cold-rolling a hot strip with scale adhering to it into a cold-rolled steel flat product, annealing the cold-rolled steel flat product, and descaling the cold-rolled steel flat product, wherein the cold-rolled steel flat product obtained after cold rolling the hot strip is subjected to a descaling treatment in the hard-rolled state before annealing, and the scale present on the cold-rolled steel flat product is mechanically removed. 
     
     
         18 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein descaling of the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product, which is performed before annealing, is carried out by blasting with solid particles. 
     
     
         19 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein liquid residues present on the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product are removed by a thermal treatment before descaling. 
     
     
         20 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein descaling of the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product, which is performed before annealing, is carried out by brushing. 
     
     
         21 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein descaling of the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product, which is performed before annealing, is carried out by liquid jets. 
     
     
         22 . The method according to  claim 21 , wherein the liquid jets carry particles with them which abrasively remove the scale adhering to the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product. 
     
     
         23 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein descaling of the cold-rolled, hard-rolled steel flat product, which is performed before annealing, is carried out by diverting the steel flat product on at least one roll of a scale breaker. 
     
     
         24 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the cold-rolled steel flat product after annealing optionally passes through a unit for improving its surface evenness and is pickled. 
     
     
         25 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the cold-rolled steel flat product is skin-pass rolled or temper rolled. 
     
     
         26 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the production steps are executed discontinuously. 
     
     
         27 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the production steps are executed in a continuous pass. 
     
     
         28 . The method according to  claim 17 , wherein the surface roughness Ra of the obtained non-corroding cold-rolled steel flat product is 0.1-1 μm. 
     
     
         29 . The method according to  claim 28 , wherein the surface roughness Ra of the obtained non-corroding cold-rolled steel flat product is 0.3-0.7 μm. 
     
     
         30 . A production line for producing a non-corroding cold-rolled steel flat product, comprising at least one cold-rolling stand, at least one annealing furnace and at least one unit for mechanically removing scale adhering to the cold-rolled steel flat product, wherein the at least one unit for mechanically removing scale, viewed in the conveying direction of the cold-rolled steel flat product, is arranged before entry to the annealing furnace. 
     
     
         31 . The production line according to  claim 30 , wherein the at least one cold-rolling stand is a reversing stand operated independently from the operation of the annealing furnace. 
     
     
         32 . The production line according to  claim 30 , wherein the at least one cold-rolling stand, the at least one unit for removing scale and the at least one annealing furnace, are arranged one after another in a conveying section in such a way that they are passed through successively in a continuous sequence. 
     
     
         33 . The production line according to  claim 32 , wherein at least one strip accumulator is arranged in the conveying path of the steel flat product.
