Abstract

A present invention shaft arrangement for footwear comprises a shaft bottom having a water vapor permeable installation sole and having a shaft bottom functional layer laminate and a shaft region having an outer material ply and having a liner ply. The sole sided shaft end region is connected to the shaft bottom, and there is provided at least one suction element which extends from a region between the outer material ply and the liner ply of the shaft region into a region underneath the shaft bottom functional layer laminate in order that moisture be transported away from the region between the outer material ply and the liner ply of the shaft region into the region underneath the shaft bottom functional layer laminate.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . Shaft arrangement for footwear including
a shaft bottom having a water vapor permeable installation sole and having a shaft bottom functional layer laminate; a shaft region having an outer material ply and having a liner ply; wherein the sole sided shaft end region is connected to the shaft bottom; and wherein there is provided at least one suction element which extends from a region between the outer material ply and the liner ply of the shaft region into a region underneath the shaft bottom functional layer laminate in order that moisture be transported away from the region between the outer material ply and the liner ply of the shaft region into the region underneath the shaft bottom functional layer laminate.

2 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the liner ply is configured as shaft functional layer laminate.

3 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein at least one suction element is band shaped.

4 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein at least one suction element extends from a section of the sole sided perimetric edge of the shaft region to an opposite, particularly opposite in the shoe transverse direction, section of the sole sided perimetric edge.

5 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein at least one suction element has a width such that it extends over a section of at least 25% of the sole sided perimetric edge of the shaft region, more particularly over the forefoot section of the sole sided perimetric edge of the shaft region.

6 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of suction elements are arranged along the sole sided perimetric edge of the shaft region.

7 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein exactly one suction element is arranged at the sole sided perimetric edge of the shaft region.

8 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the suction element includes cotton.

9 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the suction element is at least regionally provided with an adhesive for securing the suction element.

10 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the suction element extends with its interspace sided section about 1 to 3 cm, more particularly about 2 cm into the region between the outer material ply and the liner ply of the shaft region.

11 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the suction element extends with its shaft bottom functional layer laminate sided section about 1 to 4 cm, more particularly about 3 cm into the region under the shaft bottom functional layer laminate.

12 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the water vapor permeable installation sole is arranged above the shaft bottom functional layer laminate and thus the suction element extends to the outer side of the shaft bottom.

13 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 12 , wherein the water vapor permeable installation sole is stitched to the sole sided end region of the shaft functional layer laminate, and/or wherein the sole sided end region of the outer material ply is lasted onto the underside of the shaft bottom functional layer laminate.

14 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the sole sided end region of the shaft functional layer laminate is stitched to the shaft bottom functional layer laminate, and wherein the installation sole is arranged underneath the shaft bottom functional layer laminate.

15 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 14 , wherein the sole sided end region of the outer material ply is stitched to the water vapor permeable installation sole, and thus the suction element extends into an interspace between the shaft bottom functional layer laminate and the water vapor permeable installation sole.

16 . Shaft arrangement according to claim 14 , wherein the inner side of the sole sided end region of the outer material ply is lasted onto the underside of the installation sole, and thus the suction element extends to the outer side of the shaft bottom.

17 . Footwear having at least one shaft arrangement according to claim 1 and having a sole unit secured to the underside thereof and having at least one throughhole opening or having porosities, which sole unit is cemented or injected to the underside of the shaft arrangement in particular.
