         10 . An automated consumer enrollment process for a consumer when enrolled to use a driver's license, an association membership card, or a retailer branded card to effect payment via a point of sale terminal at a retail location wherein the enrollment process comprises:
 from a driver's license, an association membership card, or a retailer branded card, capturing content of magnetic data or decoded barcode data using a parsing algorithm including receiving personal ID information from the driver's license, to form an electronic record;   receiving information corresponding to multiple accounts;   storing a link between the ID information and the account information;   
       wherein the steps are performed by a computerized system.

   receiving information corresponding to multiple accounts;   storing a link between the ID information and the account information;   
       wherein the steps are performed by a computerized system;
 receiving a signal from a first card that has been enrolled and is carried by a consumer at a retail location, wherein the receiving is performed by a point of sale terminal at the retail location. 
 
     
     
         31 . The payment method of  claim 31 , further comprising, after the signal-receiving, conditionally sending a message to cause an institution to send an ACH entry to Federal Reserve ACH system, to pass the entry to a bank, where an account is issued a debit, to cause a transfer of funds to an owner of the retail site.
