A system and method for maintaining a sanitary pad in an undergarment is disclosed. In one embodiment, an undergarment comprises a front section having a front left hip section, a front right hip section and front bottom section. The undergarment also comprises a rear section having a rear left hip section, a rear right hip section, and a rear bottom section. Additionally, the undergarment comprises a crotch section that connects to front section and rear section. Further, the undergarment comprises a front inner lining connected to the inner surface of said front section and a rear inner lining connected to the inner surface of said rear section. Lastly, the undergarment can comprise a front orifice formed by space between said front section and said front inner lining, and a rear orifice formed by space between said rear section and said rear inner lining.

Claims

 a front section having a front left hip section, a front right hip section and front bottom section; a rear section having a rear left hip section, a rear right hip section, and a rear bottom section, wherein said rear left hip section connects to said front left hip section, and said rear right hip section connects to said front right hip section; a crotch section having a first end that connects to said front bottom section and a second end that connects to said rear bottom section; a front inner lining connected to the inner surface of said front section, wherein said front inner lining is connected by a first connector running along the left side of said front inner lining and a second connector running along the right side of said front inner lining; a rear inner lining connected to the inner surface of said rear section, wherein said rear inner lining is connected by a third connector running along the left side of said front inner lining and a fourth connector running along the right side of said rear inner lining; a front orifice formed by space between said front section and said front inner lining; and a rear orifice formed by space between said rear section and said rear inner lining.

         2 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein at least one of either said first connector or second connector is a hook and loop fastener system.

         3 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein at least one of either third connector or fourth connector is a hook and loop fastener system.

         4 . The undergarment system of claim 1 wherein
 said first connector is a first seam;
 said second connector is a second seam;
 said third connector is a third seam; and
 said fourth connector is a fourth seam.

         5 . The undergarment of claim 5 wherein said inner front lining is connected to said undergarment by a top connector running along the said back portion of said front inner lining.

         6 . The undergarment of claim 5 wherein said top connector is a top seam.

         7 . The undergarment of claim 6 wherein said first seam, second seam, and said top seam are one continuous seam.

         8 . The undergarment of claim 7 wherein said inner rear lining is connected to said undergarment by a back connector running along the said back portion of said rear inner lining.

         9 . The undergarment of claim 8 wherein said back connector is a back seam.

         10 . The undergarment of claim 9 wherein said third seam, said fourth seam, and said back seam are one continuous seam.

         11 . The undergarment of claim 8 wherein said inner rear lining is connected to said undergarment by a back seam running along the back of said rear inner lining.

         12 . The undergarment of claim 11 wherein said third seam, said third seam, and said back seam are one continuous seam.

         13 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said inner front lining is less than an inch from top to bottom.

         14 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said inner front lining is less than two inches from top to bottom

         15 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said inner front lining extends from the front of said crotch to a waistband.

         16 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said rear lining is less than an inch from top to bottom.

         17 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said rear lining is less than two inches from top to bottom.

         18 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said rear lining extends from the rear of said crotch to a waistband.

         19 . The undergarment of claim 1 wherein said front lining comprises an elastic material.
