Plastic closure for malleable containers
Abstract
The invention relates to a plastic closure ( 1 ) for malleable containers ( 2 ), comprising a spout ( 3 ) having an outside thread ( 4 ) and a terminal flange ( 5 ) for fastening to the container ( 2 ) and a cap ( 6 ) which has an inside thread and can be screwed onto the outside thread of the spout ( 3 ) in a closable manner, characterized in that the spout is directly or indirectly operatively connected to a membrane ( 10 ) which reduces the flow and has at least one perforation ( 11 ), wherein in the usage position the membrane ( 10 ) runs at least approximately in the region of the flange ( 5 ) and parallel thereto.

. A plastic closure ( 1 ) for a malleable container ( 2 ), comprising a spout ( 3 ) having an outside thread ( 4 ) and a terminal flange ( 5 ) for fastening to the container ( 2 ) and a cap ( 6 ) which has an inside thread and can be screwed onto the outside thread of the spout ( 3 ) in a closeable manner, characterized in that the spout is directly or indirectly operatively connected to a membrane ( 10 ) which reduces flow and has at least one perforation ( 11 ), wherein in a usage position the membrane ( 10 ) runs at least approximately in a region of the flange ( 5 ) and parallel thereto.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 15 , wherein the container ( 2 ) consists of a bag made from a single or multilayered film, characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is a part of the container ( 2 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 16 , characterized in that a perforation ( 11 ) is punched into the membrane ( 10 ), said perforation being in communicating connection with the spout ( 3 ) in an assembled position of the plastic closure ( 1 ) on the container ( 2 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 16 , characterized in that a plurality of perforations ( 11 ) is punched into the membrane ( 10 ), said perforations being in communicating connection with the spout ( 3 ) in an assembled position of the plastic closure ( 1 ) on the container ( 2 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 18 , characterized in that the perforations ( 11 ) are a plurality of radially traversing slots ( 12 ), which define a plurality of resilient lugs ( 13 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 18 , characterized in that the perforations ( 11 ) are a plurality of perforations which are separated from one another.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 15 , characterized in that the spout ( 3 ) is covered with a single or multilayered membrane ( 10 ), which is fastened to the flange ( 5 ) in a material-locking manner.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 15 , characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is integrally formed with the spout ( 3 ) by means of injection molding.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 15 , characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is fixedly connected to a circumferential ring ( 14 ) or manufactured as one piece with the ring, and said membrane ( 10 ) including the ring ( 14 ) is disposed in the spout ( 3 ) of the plastic closure ( 1 ) in at least one of a positive-locking and force-fitting manner.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 15 , for completely closed containers ( 2 ) made of film material, wherein the spout has an inside thread having a cylindrical piercing means ( 20 ), which is open to both sides and has at least one cutting tooth ( 21 ), wherein the piercing means can be actuated via a driving element on an inside of the screw cap ( 6 ), wherein the driving element on the cap ( 6 ) interacts with a driving element ( 22 ) on an inside of the piercing means ( 20 ), and therefore the film material of the container ( 2 ) is cut open during initial opening, characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) comprising the at least one perforation ( 11 ) is disposed in the piercing means ( 20 ) in a region above the at least one tooth ( 21 ) thereof and below the driving element ( 22 ) in said perforating means ( 20 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 24 , characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is manufactured as one piece with the piercing means ( 20 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 24 , characterized in that an inwardly protruding, circumferential collar ( 23 ), on which the membrane ( 10 ) directly or indirectly bears, is molded in the piercing means ( 20 ) above the region of the at least one cutting tooth ( 21 ) and below the driving element ( 22 ).
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 26 , characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is manufactured from a film and is fastened directly to the collar ( 23 ) in an incumbent and material-locking manner.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 26 , characterized in that the membrane ( 10 ) is integral with or fixedly connected to a circumferential ring ( 14 ), and the circumferential ring ( 14 ) while bearing on the collar is held in the piercing means ( 20 ) in a force-fitting or material-locking manner.
. The plastic closure ( 1 ) according to claim 24 , characterized in that a support ( 27 ), which is molded into a wall of the piercing means ( 20 ) and is in the form of a circumferential groove ( 24 ) or a plurality of recesses is integrally formed with the piercing means ( 20 ) above the region of the at least one cutting tooth ( 21 ) and below the driving element ( 22 ), wherein one or a plurality cams, which are directed radially outwards and are integrally cast to a ring ( 14 ) that is fixedly connected to the membrane ( 10 ), or a circumferential bead molded on the ring ( 14 ) bears against said groove or said recesses.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
