Abstract
A communication terminal includes a first communication unit having a power supply function by electromagnetic induction, and a second communication unit having a communication capability higher than that of the first communication unit. When communicating with a communication partner terminal, it is determined whether to receive power from the communication partner terminal. Upon determining to receive the power by the power supply function of the first communication unit, communication with the communication partner terminal by the second communication unit is controlled using the power supplied from the communication partner terminal by the power supply function of the first communication unit.

11 . A communication apparatus, comprising:
a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus; a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus; and a control unit configured to control the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the second communication unit is performed using the power received by the power receiving function of the first communication unit, wherein the first communication unit performs first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.
12 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the first communication is communication for requesting power supply.
13 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the first communication is communication for settling a charge corresponding to an amount of electric power supplied from the other communication apparatus and received by the power receiving function.
14 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the second communication function starts second communication in response to the first communication.
15 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the second communication function has a communication capability higher than the first communication function.
16 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the second communication function has a communication speed higher than the first communication function.
17 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , further comprising power storage unit configured to store the power received by the power receiving function.
18 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the power receiving function receives the power based on electromagnetic field supplied by the other communication apparatus.
19 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the first communication function performs communication based on electromagnetic field supplied by the other communication apparatus.
20 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the first communication unit performs reception of the power and communication by NFC (Near Field Communication).
21 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the power receiving function receives the power during the communication by the second communication function.
22 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the communication by the second communication function is performed without receiving the power by the power receiving function.
23 . The apparatus according to claim 11 , wherein the first communication is performed based on an activated application.
24 . A communication apparatus, comprising:
a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus; a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus; and a control unit configured to control the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the first communication function and communication by the second communication function are performed using the power received by the power receiving function.
25 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the first communication unit performs first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.
26 . The apparatus according to claim 25 , wherein the first communication is communication for requesting power supply.
27 . The apparatus according to claim 25 , wherein the first communication is communication for settling a charge corresponding to an amount of electric power supplied from the other communication apparatus and received by the power receiving function.
28 . The apparatus according to claim 25 , wherein the second communication function starts second communication in response to the first communication.
29 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the second communication function has a communication capability higher than the first communication function.
30 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the second communication function has a communication speed higher than the first communication function.

32 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the power receiving function receives the power based on electromagnetic field supplied by the other communication apparatus.
33 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the first communication function performs communication based on electromagnetic field supplied by the other communication apparatus.
34 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the first communication unit performs reception of the power and communication by NFC (Near Field Communication).
35 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the power receiving function receives the power during the communication by the second communication function.
36 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the communication by the second communication function is performed without receiving the power by the power receiving function.
37 . A communication apparatus, comprising:
a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus; and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication, using the power received by the power receiving function, with another communication apparatus, wherein the first communication unit performs first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.

A control method of a communication apparatus, which comprises a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus, comprising:
controlling the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the second communication unit is performed using the power received by the power receiving function of the first communication unit; and performing first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.

A control method of a communication apparatus, which comprises a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus, comprising:
controlling the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the first communication function and communication by the second communication function are performed using the power received by the power receiving function.

A control method of a communication apparatus, which comprises a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication, using the power received by the power receiving function, with another communication apparatus, comprising:
performing first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.

A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, the computer program causing a computer incorporated in a communication apparatus comprising a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus to execute the following steps:
controlling the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the second communication unit is performed using the power received by the power receiving function of the first communication unit; and performing first communication by the first communication function for the communication by the second communication unit.

A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, the computer program causing a computer incorporated in a communication apparatus comprising a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication with another communication apparatus to execute the following step:
controlling the first communication unit and the second communication unit so that communication by the first communication function and communication by the second communication function are performed using the power received by the power receiving function.

A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, the computer program causing a computer incorporated in a communication apparatus comprising a first communication unit having a power receiving function for receiving power wirelessly provided from another communication apparatus and a communication function for communicating with the other communication apparatus and a second communication unit having a second communication function for communication, using the power received by the power receiving function, with another communication apparatus to execute the following step:
