Abstract

Disclosed is an information processing method comprising the steps of: storing measured position information in association with first time information representing times of day at which the measured position information is obtained; storing video information in association with second time information representing times of day at which the video information is obtained; and associating the measured position information with the video information in accordance with degrees of difference between the first time information and the second time information.

What is claims is: 
     
         1 . An information processing method comprising:
 obtaining content data and position data in association with the content data; and   displaying an indication indicating the content data is associated with the position data which is obtained when the position data fulfills a predefined condition.   
     
     
         2 . The information processing method of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the position data is acquired intentionally by a user.   
     
     
         3 . The information processing method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 associating the content data with the position data,   wherein the content data is acquired by a first device and the position data is acquired by a second device which is different from the first device.   
     
     
         4 . The information processing method of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the content data is associated with the position data based on a plurality of the position data.   
     
     
         5 . The information processing method of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 displaying the content data on a map based on the position data in association with the content data.   
     
     
         6 . The information processing method of  claim 5 ,
 wherein the content data is image data and the content data is displayed as a thumbnail.   
     
     
         7 . An information processing apparatus comprising:
 an obtaining device configured to obtain content data and position data in association with the content data; and   a display device configured to display an indication indicating the position data is obtained when the position data fulfills a predefined condition.   
     
     
         8 . The apparatus of  claim 8 ,
 wherein the position data is acquired intentionally by a user.   
     
     
         9 . The apparatus of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 an associating device configured to associate the content data with the position data,   wherein the content data is acquired by a first device and the position data is acquired by a second device which is different from the first device.   
     
     
         10 . The apparatus of  claim 8 ,
 wherein the content data is associated with the position data based on a plurality of the position data.   
     
     
         11 . The apparatus of  claim 8 , further comprising:
 displaying the content data on a map based on the position data in association with the content data.   
     
     
         12 . The apparatus of  claim 11 ,
 wherein the content data is image data and the content data is displayed as a thumbnail.   
     
     
         13 . A non-transitory program storage medium configured to store computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, cause an information processing apparatus to execute steps comprising:
 obtaining content data and position data in association with the content data; and   displaying an indication indicating the position data is obtained when the position data fulfills a predefined condition.   
     
     
         14 . The non-transitory program storage medium of  claim 13 ,
 wherein the position data is acquired intentionally by a user.   
     
     
         15 . The non-transitory program storage medium of  claim 13 , further comprising:
 associating the content data with the position data,   wherein the content data is acquired by a first device and the position data is acquired by a second device which is different from the first device.   
     
     
         16 . The non-transitory program storage medium of  claim 13 ,
 wherein the content data is associated with the position data based on a plurality of the position data.   
     
     
         17 . The non-transitory program storage medium of  claim 13 , further comprising:
 displaying the content data on a map bases on the position data in association with the content data.   
     
     
         18 . The non-transitory program storage medium of  claim 13 ,
 wherein the content data is image data and the content data is displayed as a thumbnail.
