Game Board Apparatus and Method of Using Thereof

Abstract

The board game apparatus for recreational play includes a game board, a privacy board, and a plurality of shot glasses. The privacy board is angularly attached to the game board where a protrude section of the privacy board is traversed into a cavity of the game board. The game board includes a plurality of indentations where the plurality of indentations concentrically holds the plurality of shot glasses. The plurality of shot glasses is filled with an alcoholic beverage and arranged according to the rules of the board game apparatus so that the board game apparatus can be played against another board game apparatus.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A board game apparatus for recreational play comprises,
 a game board;   a privacy board;   a plurality of shot glasses;   the game board comprises a front panel, a top panel, a plurality of indentations, a back panel, and a cavity;   the privacy board comprises an instruction section, a grid section, and a protrude section;   the privacy board being angularly positioned with the game board; and   the plurality of shot glasses being positioned with the game board.   
     
     
         2 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 the front panel and the back panel being oppositely positioned from each other, wherein the front panel faces toward a user; 
 the top panel being perpendicularly positioned in between the front panel and the back panel; 
 the cavity being positioned on the top panel adjacent to the back panel; and 
 the plurality of indentations being positioned on the top panel in between the cavity and the front panel. 
 
     
     
         3 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 2  comprises,
 the plurality of indentations comprises a plurality of numerical rows and a plurality of alphabetical columns; 
 the plurality of alphabetical rows being extends from the cavity to the front panel; 
 the plurality of alphabetical columns being equally spaced from each other; 
 the plurality of numerical rows being perpendicularly positioned with the plurality of alphabetical columns; and 
 the plurality of numerical rows being equally spaced from each other. 
 
     
     
         4 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 the instruction section and the grid section being positioned on the privacy board; and 
 the protrude section being positioned below the instruction section and the grid section. 
 
     
     
         5 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 4  comprises,
 the grid section comprises a plurality of numbered rows and a plurality of lettered columns; and 
 the plurality of numbered rows and the plurality of lettered columns being perpendicularly positioned on the grid section. 
 
     
     
         6 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 the instruction section and the grid section being faced toward the front panel; and 
 the protrude section being inserted into the cavity. 
 
     
     
         7 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 the plurality of shot glass being concentrically aligned with the plurality of indentations; and 
 the plurality of shot glass being inserted into the plurality of indentations. 
 
     
     
         8 . A board game apparatus for recreational play comprises,
 a game board;   a privacy board;   a plurality of shot glasses;   the game board comprises a front panel, a top panel, a plurality of indentations, a back panel, and a cavity;   the privacy board comprises an instruction section, a grid section, and a protrude section;   the front panel and the back panel being oppositely positioned from each other, wherein the front panel faces toward a user;   the top panel being perpendicularly positioned in between the front panel and the back panel;   the cavity being positioned on the top panel adjacent to the back panel;   the plurality of indentations being positioned on the top panel in between the cavity and the front panel;   the instruction section and the grid section being positioned on the privacy board;   the protrude section being positioned below the instruction section and the grid section;   the privacy board being angularly positioned with the game board; and   the plurality of shot glasses being positioned with the game board.   
     
     
         9 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 8  comprises,
 the plurality of indentations comprises a plurality of numerical rows and a plurality of alphabetical columns; 
 the plurality of alphabetical rows being extends from the cavity to the front panel; 
 the plurality of alphabetical columns being equally spaced from each other; 
 the plurality of numerical rows being perpendicularly positioned with the plurality of alphabetical columns; and 
 the plurality of numerical rows being equally spaced from each other. 
 
     
     
         10 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 8  comprises,
 the grid section comprises a plurality of numbered rows and a plurality of lettered columns; and 
 the plurality of numbered rows and the plurality of lettered columns being perpendicularly positioned on the grid section. 
 
     
     
         11 . The board game apparatus for recreational play as claimed in  claim 8  comprises,
 the instruction section and the grid section being faced toward the front panel; 
 the protrude section being inserted into the cavity; 
 the plurality of shot glass being concentrically aligned with the plurality of indentations; and 
 the plurality of shot glass being inserted into the plurality of indentations. 
 
     
     
         12 . A method of playing the board game comprises the steps of:
 providing a first board game and a second board game, wherein each of the first board game and the second board game comprise a privacy board, a game board, a plurality of shot glasses, and a dry eraser pen;   placing the first board game opposite from the second board game, wherein the privacy boards of both the first board game and the second board game are adjacent to each other;   arranging the plurality of shot glasses on the game board of the first board game by a first player;   filling the plurality of shot glasses with an alcoholic beverage by the first player;   arranging the plurality of shot glasses on the game board of the second board game by a second player;   filling the plurality of shot glasses with the alcoholic beverage by the second player;   assigning a starting player and a secondary player for the first player and the second player by a coin flip, wherein the winner of the coin flip assigned as the starting player and the loser of the coin flip assigned as the secondary player;   calling an initial shot by using a grid section of the privacy board by the starting player, wherein an intersection of a numbered row and a lettered column in the grid section express the initial shot;   announcing a successful initial shot or an unsuccessful initial shot by the secondary player with respect to the initial shot;   calling a retaliation shot by using a grid section of the privacy board by the secondary player, wherein an intersection of a numbered row and a lettered column in the grid section express the retaliation shot;   announcing a successful retaliation shot or an unsuccessful retaliation shot by the starting player with respect to the retaliation shot;   iterating the initial shot and the retaliation shot by the starting player and the secondary player until the game is won by either the starting player or the secondary player; and   wiping the grid sections with a dry eraser.   
     
     
         13 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 placing a first set of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the first player, wherein the first set of shot glasses illustrates a battleship; 
 placing two second sets of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the first player, wherein the second sets of shot glasses illustrate destroyers; and 
 placing a third set of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the first player, wherein the third set of shot glasses illustrates a submarine. 
 
     
     
         14 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 placing a first set of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the second player, wherein the first set of shot glasses illustrates a battleship; 
 placing two second sets of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the second player, wherein the second sets of shot glasses illustrate destroyers; and 
 placing a third set of shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses either horizontally or vertically on the game board by the second player, wherein the third set of shot glasses illustrates a submarine. 
 
     
     
         15 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 locating a numerical row and an alphabetical column on the game board for the initial shot by the secondary player, wherein the numerical row and the alphabetical column respectively match with the numbered row and the lettered column; 
 locating a initial shot intersection of the numerical row and the alphabetical column by the secondary player; 
 announcing the initial shot as the unsuccessful initial shot by the secondary player, wherein the initial shot intersection does not comprise a shot glass from the plurality of shot glasses; and 
 labeling the initial shot on the grid section as the unsuccessful initial shot using the dry eraser pen by the starting player. 
 
     
     
         16 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 locating a numerical row and an alphabetical column for the initial shot by the secondary player, wherein the numerical row and the alphabetical column respectively match with the numbered row and the lettered column; 
 locating a initial shot intersection of the numerical row and the alphabetical column by the secondary player; 
 announcing the initial shot as the successful initial shot by the secondary player, wherein the initial shot intersection comprises a shot glass from the plurality of shot glasses; 
 drinking the alcoholic beverage in the shot glass by the secondary player; and 
 labeling the initial shot on the grid section as the successful initial shot using the dry eraser pen by the starting player. 
 
     
     
         17 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 locating a numerical row and an alphabetical column for the retaliation shot by the starting player, wherein the numerical row and the alphabetical column respectively match with the numbered row and the lettered column; 
 locating a retaliation shot intersection of the numerical row and the alphabetical column by the starting player; 
 announcing the retaliation shot as the unsuccessful retaliation shot by the starting player, wherein the retaliation shot intersection does not comprise a shot glass from the plurality of shot glasses; and 
 labeling the retaliation shot on the grid section as the unsuccessful retaliation shot using the dry eraser pen by the secondary player. 
 
     
     
         18 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 locating a numerical row and an alphabetical column for the retaliation shot by the starting player, wherein the numerical row and the alphabetical column respectively match with the numbered row and the lettered column; 
 locating a retaliation shot intersection of the numerical row and the alphabetical column by the starting player; 
 announcing the retaliation shot as the successful retaliation shot by the starting player, wherein the retaliation shot intersection comprises a shot glass from the plurality of shot glasses; 
 drinking the alcoholic beverage in the shot glass by the starting player; and 
 labeling the retaliation shot on the grid section as the successful retaliation shot using the dry eraser pen by the secondary player. 
 
     
     
         19 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 drinking the plurality of shot glasses by the starting player, wherein the secondary player left with untouched shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses; and 
 drinking the untouched shot glasses by the starting player, wherein the secondary player wins the game. 
 
     
     
         20 . The method of playing the board game as claimed in  claim 12  further comprises the steps of:
 drinking the plurality of shot glasses by the secondary player, wherein the starting player left with untouched shot glasses from the plurality of shot glasses; and 
 drinking the untouched shot glasses by the secondary player, wherein the starting player wins the game.
