Abstract
A pump in fluid communication with the outlet of a fluid purification apparatus. A pump may furthermore provide fluid to the inlet of the fluid purification apparatus. An embodiment includes a fluid driven rotating inlet device in fluid communication with the inlet of the fluid purification apparatus and an outlet impeller in fluid communication with the outlet of the fluid purification apparatus.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fluid purification apparatus having a pressurized outlet, comprising:
an inlet for the fluid; a filter chamber for the fluid, the filter chamber in fluid communication with the inlet; an evaporator chamber positioned adjacent the filter chamber, the evaporator chamber having a cavity to receive the fluid and in which fluid pressure is reduced; an outlet for the fluid, the outlet in fluid communication with the evaporator chamber; and a pump adjacent the outlet to pump the fluid out of the evaporator chamber.
2 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the pump uses fluid pressure at the inlet to pump the fluid out of the evaporator chamber.
3 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the inlet is connected to the evaporator chamber, from the evaporator chamber is connected to the filter chamber, and the filter chamber is connected to the outlet.
4 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the pump is an electrically powered centrifugal impeller pump.

20 . A method of fluid purification comprising:
filtering a fluid to be purified in a filter chamber; reducing the pressure of the fluid to be purified in a fluid heating channel between the filter chamber and an evaporation chamber; evaporating volatiles from the fluid to be purified in the evaporation chamber; and pumping the fluid from the evaporation chamber.
21 . The method of claim 20 , further comprising using pressure of entering fluid for pumping the fluid from the evaporation chamber.
22 . The method of claim 20 , further comprising pumping the fluid from the evaporation chamber through an outlet.
23 . The method of claim 20 , wherein pumping the fluid from the evaporation chamber is accomplished using an electrically powered centrifugal impeller pump.
24 . The method of claim 20 , further comprising actuating the pump to pump fluid from the evaporator chamber using a level sensor.
25 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the fluid to be purified is hydraulic fluid.
26 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a heater disposed at least in part in the evaporator chamber and connected to a power source by a wire; and a temperature controller having an element in contact with the fluid purification apparatus, a contact, and a set point, whereby the temperature controller contact is open when the temperature sensed thereby exceeds the set point and the temperature controller contact is closed when the temperature is less than the set point, the heater wire switched through the temperature controller contact to de-energize the heater when the temperature exceeds the temperature controller set point.
27 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 26 , further comprising a pressure sensor disposed at least in part in the fluid purification apparatus, the pressure sensor enabling operation of the heater.
28 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a level sensor disposed at least in part in the evaporator chamber, the level sensor controlling at least one of a bypass valve in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet, a pre-heater, and the pump.
29 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 28 , wherein the level sensor de-energizes the pre-heater when the fluid level is not appropriate for operation of the evaporator chamber.
30 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 28 , wherein the level sensor actuates the bypass valve to prevent fluid flow through the evaporator chamber when the fluid level is not appropriate for operation of the evaporator chamber.
31 . The fluid purification apparatus of claim 28 , wherein the level sensor actuates the pump to pump fluid from the evaporator chamber.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
