Isolated protein medicament

Abstract

The invention in suitable embodiments is directed to an isolated protein comprising one or more amino acid sequences, each amino acid sequence capable of being functionalized and/or attached in whole and/or in part to one or more or a plurality of elements of one or more types including to cargo elements, forming a composition of elements suitable for use as an in vivo and/or in vitro medicament to treat one or more biological species.

In view of the foregoing, what is claimed is:

A selectively configurable, isolated protein element comprising in whole and/or in part one or more configurations of elements comprised of one or more isolated amino acid sequence elements selected from SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 10, SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 12, SEQ ID NO: 13, SEQ ID NO: 14, SEQ ID NO: 15, SEQ ID NO: 16, SEQ ID NO: 17, SEQ ID NO: 18, SEQ ID NO: 19, SEQ ID NO: 20, SEQ ID NO: 21, SEQ ID NO: 22, SEQ ID NO: 23, SEQ ID NO: 24, SEQ ID NO: 25, SEQ ID NO: 26, SEQ ID NO: 27, SEQ ID NO: 28, SEQ ID NO: 29 and SEQ ID NO: 30, the isolated protein element optionally comprising in part one or more supplementary configurations of elements, one or more selected configurations of aforesaid elements comprising one or more compositions acceptable for use as an in vivo and/or in vitro medicament in one or more biological species.

         28 . A selectively configurable, isolated protein element according to  claim 1 , wherein one or more compositions of elements are capable in whole and/or in part of being stable and/or remaining bioactive post administration.

A selectively configurable, isolated protein element according to  claim 1 , wherein one or more compositions of elements respond in whole and/or in part to one or more stimuli selected from acoustical, biochemical, biochemical, biological, chemical, covalent, electrical, electromagnetic, fluidic, fluorescent, mechanical, metabolic, non-covalent, optical, pH, photo-electrical, photonic, quantum mechanical, radioactive stimulus, radioactive, sonic, thermal stimuli.
