Abstract

A device for safe firing is provided. The device is used in a tube of a rocket, like a shoulder-launched anti-armor rocket. The present invention has simple structure and small size. A few safety designs are used in the present invention to improve safety of the rocket tube during transportation. Those designs also prevent the rocket from misfire owing to lack of training.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A safe firing device, said device being used in a tube loaded with a rocket, said tube having an opening at a first end to launch said rocket, said tube having an outlet at a second end to output waste gas obtained on firing said rocket, said device comprising
a primer seat, said primer seat being positioned at said second end of said tube, said primer seat firing a motor of said rocket; a firing pin, said firing pin being positioned at a direction of said primer seat opposite to said second end of said tube, said firing pin hitting against said primer seat to fire said rocket; a rod, said rod being positioned at a direction of said firing pin opposite to said second end of said tube, said rod pushing said firing pin; a cocking lever, said cocking lever being positioned at a side of said tube, said cocking lever aiming said rod at said primer seat; a safety button, said safety button being positioned at said side of said tube, said safety button locking and releasing said rod; and a trigger, said trigger being positioned at another side of said tube, said trigger controlling axial movement of said rod.

         2 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein said rocket is a shoulder-launched anti-armor rocket.

         3 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein said rod is connected with said firing pin with an elastic unit.

         4 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein said device further comprises a safety pin and said safety pin is inserted into said tube to prevent said rocket from being launched.

         5 . The device according to claim 1 ,
wherein said device further comprises a ring-shaped safety and said ring-shaped safety is inserted into two pin holes at two sides of said motor of said rocket to prevent misfire.
