Abstract
The present invention relates to a machine for bending a material having the shape of a wire as a tube having vertical movement of the spar by the use of a pantograph lifting device, advantageously reducing the number of devices used for lifting of said spar and advantageously increasing the lateral stiffness of the machine.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . Machine to bend a material having the shape of a wire as a tube comprising a spar, a positioner, a core pull for said tube, the bending head, wherein it comprises a vertical lifting device of the spar having the shape of pantograph.
2 . Machine according to claim 1 , wherein said device comprises at least two pairs of crossbars placed in a way to form at least two parallel X, connected by a central pin and with the ends connected by a pair of parallel front pins and a rear pair of pins with limited mobility.
3 . Machine according to claim 2 , wherein the pins have a vertical mobility only and preferably that mobility is reserved for upper shaft only.
4 . Machine according to claim 3 wherein the rear pair of pins have a horizontal movement and the top rear pin has also a vertical movement.
5 . Machine according to claim 1 , wherein it comprises a controlled axis of a driving device of vertical lifting of the spar having the shape of pantograph capable of pushing at least one rear pin.
6 . Machine according to claim 5 , wherein said controlled axis includes an electric motor controlled by a mechanical system of translation, preferably a screw.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
