Abstract
A Gun/Bow Rest comprising of an adjustable clamp, shaft, and pivoting arm for resting a Gun or Cross Bow while hunting. Hunters can easily carry the disassembled Gun/Bow Rest into the woods and up into a tree stand. The Gun/Bow Rest can be easily attached to most tree stands. Once installed, the Gun/Bow Rest allows hunters to keep the Gun or Cross Bow ready and in position without having to hold it up with one's own arms.
