Abstract

An embedded data DNA sequence security system which utilizes an embedded data DNA sequence to differentiate each of a plurality of identifiable objects.

1 . An identification element generator, comprising:
 a) a first linear sequence generator which generates a first linear sequence of data elements corresponding to an amount of identifiable object data;   b) a random number generator which generates a set of random numbers; and   c) a first sequence fragment generator which fragments said linear sequence of data elements corresponding to said amount of identifiable object data to generate a plurality of identifiable object data fragments each a part of said linear sequence of data elements each including a number of data elements corresponding to one of said set of random numbers,

The identification element generator of  claim 1 , wherein said first linear sequence generator comprises a DNA sequence generator which generates a linear sequence of DNA data elements corresponding to an amount of DNA sequence data, and wherein said sequence fragment generator comprises a DNA sequence fragment generator which generates a first plurality of DNA fragments each including a part of said linear sequence of DNA data elements having a number of DNA. data elements corresponding to one of said set of random numbers.

         4 . The identification element generator of  claim 2 , further comprising a second linear sequence generator which generates a second linear sequence of data elements which corresponds to a second amount of identifiable object data.

The identification element generator of  claim 5 , further comprising a second sequence fragment generator which generates a second plurality of identifiable object data fragments each including a part of said second linear sequence of data elements having a number of data elements corresponding to one of said second set of random numbers.

The identification element generator of  claim 6 , further comprising a sequence translator which translates said part of said second linear sequence of data elements to correspondingly generate a second plurality of DNA sequence fragments each including said linear sequence of DNA elements. 
     
     
         8 . The identification element generator of  claim 7 , wherein said amount of identifiable object data comprises an amount of parametric data or an amount of biometric data.

         10 . The identification element generator of  claim 7 , further comprising a third linear sequence generator which generates a third linear sequence of data elements which corresponds to a third amount of identifiable object data.

The identification element generator of  claim 11 , further comprising a third sequence fragment generator which generates a third plurality of identifiable object data fragments each including a part of said third linear sequence of data elements having a number of data elements corresponding to one of said third set of random numbers.

The identification element generator of  claim 12 , wherein said sequence translator translates said part of said third linear sequence of data elements to correspondingly generate a third plurality of DNA sequence fragments each including said linear sequence of DNA elements. 
     
     
         14 . The identification element generator of  claim 13 , wherein said amount of identifiable object data comprises an amount of biometric data or an amount of parametric data.

         16 . The identification element generator of  claim 1 , further comprising an embedded sequence generator which embeds said plurality of identifiable object data fragments to generate said identification element. 
     
     
         17 . The identification element generator of  claim 7 , wherein said embedded sequence generator embeds said second plurality of DNA sequence fragments into said first plurality of DNA sequence fragments to generate an embedded data DNA sequence.

The identification element generator of  claim 13 , wherein said embedded sequence generator embeds said third plurality of DNA. sequence fragments said second plurality of DNA sequence fragments and said plurality of DNA sequence fragments to generate said embedded data DNA sequence. 
     
     
         19 . The identification element generator of  claim 17 , further comprising a vector configuration generator which generates a vector data sequence translatable into vector DNA sequence and embeddable into said identification element by said embedded sequence generator. 
     
     
         20 . The identification element generator of  claim 16 , further comprising an embedded sequence decoder which functions to decode at least part of said identification element to retrieve at least a part of said amount of identifiable object data. 
     
     
         21 . The identification clement generator of  claim 17 , further comprising an embedded data DNA sequence decoder which functions to decode at least part of said identification element to retrieve at least a part of said DNA sequence. 
     
     
         22 . The identification element generator of  claim 17 , further comprising an embedded data DNA sequence decoder which functions to decode at least part of said identification element to retrieve at least a part of said biometric data or said parametric data.
