Abstract
The present patent application relates to an acupuncture needle. The needle comprises a body made of material able to be plastically flattened and at least one movable fixing means. Said fixing means is provided with a through aperture, and is installed on the body of the needle and capable of sliding. The fixing means securement in a given position is effectable by flattening plastic deformation of the body of the needle at the fixing means distal side so as the width of the flattened area exceeds the diameter of the said area exceeds the diameter of the said through aperture.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An acupuncture needle, comprising a body made of material able to be plastically flattened and at least one movable fixing means provided with a through aperture, said fixing means being installed on the body of the needle and capable of sliding, and its securement in a given position is effectable by flattening plastic deformation of the body of the needle at the fixing means distal side so as the width of the flattened area exceeds the diameter of the said through aperture.
2 . An acupuncture needle comprising a body made of material able to be plastically flattened, wherein the needle is provided with fixing means installed on the ends of the needle and provided with a through aperture, wherein at least one of the fixing means is made so as to be movable and is installed with the possibility of sliding along the body of the needle, and its securement in a given position is effectable by flattening plastic deformation of the body of the needle at the fixing means distal side so as the width of the flattened area exceeds the diameter of the said through aperture.
3 . An acupuncture needle according to claim 2 , wherein the non movable fixing means is secured in a given position by flattening plastic deformation of said body at both ends of said fixing means.
4 . The needle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body of the needle is made rigid in the form of a rod.
5 . The needle as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the body of the needle is made rigid in the form of a rod.
6 . The needle as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the body of the needle is made rigid in the form of a rod.
7 . The needle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body of the needle is made flexible in the form of a string.
8 . The needle as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the body of the needle is made flexible in the form of a string.
9 . The needle as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the body of the needle is made flexible in the form of a string.
10 . The needle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body of the needle is made plastic metal alloy.
11 . The needle as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the body of the needle is made plastic metal alloy.
12 . The needle as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the body of the needle is made plastic metal alloy.
13 . The needle as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the body of the needle is made plastic metal alloy.
14 . The needle as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the body of the needle is made plastic metal alloy.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
