Abstract

A water drainage system for a blower, including a shell body ( 1 ) and a shell cover ( 2 ). The shell body ( 1 ) is fitted with the shell cover ( 2 ) to form a cavity ( 3 ) in which a wind wheel is arranged. A side wall of the shell body ( 1 ) is protruded to form a wind pipe ( 4 ) which is connected to the cavity ( 3 ). The wind pipe ( 4 ) is provided with a water outlet ( 41 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
The invention claimed is:

1 . A water drainage system for a blower, comprising:
 a) a shell body ( 1 ); and b) a shell cover ( 2 ); wherein the shell body ( 1 ) is fitted with the shell cover ( 2 ) to form a cavity ( 3 ) in which a wind wheel is arranged; a side wall of the shell body ( 1 ) is protruded to form a wind pipe ( 4 ) which is connected to the cavity ( 3 ); and the wind pipe ( 4 ) is provided with a water outlet ( 41 ).

2 . The water drainage system of claim 1 , wherein the water outlet is disposed on an opposite side of the shell cover ( 2 ).

3 . The water drainage system of claim 1 , wherein an inner wall of the wind pipe ( 4 ) is concave to form a water channel ( 42 ) and the water channel ( 42 ) is connected to the water outlet ( 41 ).

4 . The water drainage system of claim 2 , wherein an inner wall of the wind pipe ( 4 ) is concave to form a water channel ( 42 ) and the water channel ( 42 ) is connected to the water outlet ( 41 ).

5 . The water drainage system of claim 3 , wherein
a joint ( 5 ) is disposed on an end of the wind pipe ( 4 ); the joint ( 5 ) comprises a left sleeve ( 51 ), a right sleeve ( 52 ), and a stop ring ( 53 ) in the middle; an inner diameter of the stop ring ( 53 ) is less than that of the left sleeve ( 51 ) and the right sleeve ( 52 ), thus a left step ( 531 ) and a right step ( 532 ) are formed; the wind pipe ( 4 ) is inserted into the left sleeve ( 51 ), and an end surface of the wind pipe ( 4 ) is limited by the left step ( 531 ); and an inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ) is provided with a guiding gutter ( 553 ); the inner wall of the wind pipe ( 4 ) and the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ) are at a same level; and the guiding gutter ( 533 ) is connected to the water channel ( 42 ).

6 . The water drainage system of claim 4 , wherein
a joint ( 5 ) is disposed on an end of the wind pipe ( 4 ); the joint ( 5 ) comprises a left sleeve ( 51 ), a right sleeve ( 52 ), and a stop ring ( 53 ) in the middle; an inner diameter of the stop ring ( 53 ) is less than that of the left sleeve ( 51 ) and the right sleeve ( 52 ), thus a left step ( 531 ) and a right step ( 532 ) are formed; the wind pipe ( 4 ) is inserted into the left sleeve ( 51 ), and an end surface of the wind pipe ( 4 ) is limited by the left step ( 531 ); and an inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ) is provided with a guiding gutter ( 553 ); the inner wall of the wind pipe ( 4 ) and the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ) are at a same level; and the guiding gutter ( 533 ) is connected to the water channel ( 42 ).

7 . The water drainage system of claim 5 , wherein a plurality of guiding gutters ( 533 ) are arranged along an axial direction of the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ), and each guiding gutter ( 533 ) is at a certain interval with one another in the axial direction.

8 . The water drainage system of claim 6 , wherein a plurality of guiding gutters ( 533 ) are arranged along an axial direction of the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ), and each guiding gutter ( 533 ) is at a certain interval with one another in the axial direction.

9 . The water drainage system of claim 5 , wherein one end of an exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is inserted into the right sleeve ( 52 ), and an end surface of the exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is limited by the right step ( 532 ); and an inner wall of the exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is at the same level as the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ).

10 . The water drainage system of claim 6 , wherein one end of an exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is inserted into the right sleeve ( 52 ), and an end surface of the exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is limited by the right step ( 532 ); and an inner wall of the exhaust pipe ( 6 ) is at the same level as the inner wall of the stop ring ( 53 ).
