 two side panels respectively connected pivotally to the rear panels, wherein when the rear panels are pivoted to overlap with each other, the side panels overlap with the rear panels;
   a bar assembly mounted in a front of the main frame and comprising
 multiple bars and each bar is mounted between the side panels;
 a top support mounted between the side panels of the main frame and adjacent to top edges of the side panels; and
 multiple receiving intervals formed between the adjacent bars and between the bars and the top support;
   a bottom frame covered on a bottom of the main frame; a top panel covered on a top of the main frame and a top support; and a drawer assembly mounted in the main frame and the bar assembly and comprising multiple drawers and each drawer mounted slidably in a corresponding receiving interval of the bar assembly.

         2 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
 each rear panel has a length; and each side panel has a length larger than the length of each rear panel.

         3 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the receiving intervals of the bar assembly are arranged in a line.

         4 . The quick assembly shelf as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
 each side panel of the main frame has an inner edge and a length; and each rear panel of the main frame has an inner edge and a length larger than the length of each side panel.

         5 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 4 further comprising a bracing bracket abutting against and attached securely on the inner edges of the rear panels, wherein the bars and the top support are attached securely to the bracing bracket.

         6 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the receiving intervals are arranged in two lines.

         7 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
 each side panel of the main frame has a
 a front rib formed longitudinally on an inside wall and abutting a front edge of the side panel; and
 multiple connecting hole formed through the front rib;
   each bar of the bar assembly has
 two stepped ends respectively abutting against the front rib of the side panels; and
 two mounted pins formed respectively on and protruding out from the stepped ends, and each mounting pin inserted in a corresponding connecting hole of the front rib.

         8 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each drawer is foldable and has
 a rear board; two sideboards connected pivotally to two sides of the rear board; a bottom board slid between the sideboards and clamped between the sideboards and the rear board; and a front board attached to front edges of the sideboards.

         9 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 8 , wherein
 the front board of each drawer has multiple locking holes formed on an inside surface of the front board; and each drawer has a locking unit mounted in at least one of the sideboards, and each locking unit corresponding to and selectively locking in one locking hole of the front board.

         10 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 9 , wherein
 each locking hole of the front board of the drawer is elongated laterally; and the locking unit of each drawer comprises
 a switch mounted pivotally in a corresponding sideboard; and
 a locking rod mounted securely through the switch, mounted rotatably in the corresponding sideboard and inserted into and locked in the corresponding locking hole, and has an elongated protrusion selectively aligning with the corresponding locking hole;
   whereby when the elongated protrusion is inserted into the corresponding locking hole, the elongated protrusion aligns with the corresponding locking hole, and the switch is pivoted to rotate the elongated protrusion so that the elongated protrusion misaligns with the corresponding locking hole to stop the elongated protrusion from disengaging from the corresponding locking hole.

         11 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 10 , wherein each drawer has a mid bar mounted on a middle part of a bottom surface of the bottom board.

         12 . The quick assemble shelf as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
 the each rear panel of the main frame has
 a bottom edge;
