Abstract
A novel cigar is provided with an elongated cigar puller device which extends into the interior of the cigar. By removing the cigar puller from the cigar, the tobacco fill material of the cigar is disrupted so as to improve the draw of the cigar. Once the cigar puller is removed from the tobacco fill material, a flavorant and/or aromatic can be infused into the less dense tobacco fill material which is provided upon the removal of the cigar puller.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A novel cigar comprising a wrapped tobacco fill material and an elongated cigar puller contained within said tobacco fill material, said cigar puller extending from an end of said cigar and capable of being pulled through said tobacco fill material to improve the draw of the cigar, a pull tab secured to said elongated cigar puller, said pull tab being exterior of said wrapped tobacco fill material, said pull tab comprising a loop or hook.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said elongated cigar puller extends from said one end substantially to an opposite end of said cigar.
. The cigar of claim 3 , wherein said elongated cigar puller has a width of less than ⅓ the width of said cigar.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said elongated cigar puller has a variegated surface.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said pull tab is permanently secured to said elongated cigar puller.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said pull tab is loop.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said pull tab is a hook.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said cigar puller is flexible.
. The cigar of claim 8 , wherein said cigar puller is a string.
. The cigar of claim 1 , wherein said cigar puller is placed in said tobacco fill material while said tobacco fill material is being wrapped.
. This cigar of claim 1 , wherein said cigar puller extends from one end of said cigar into said tobacco fill material at least one-quarter the length of said cigar.

. A method of infusing tobacco fill material contained within the interior of a cigar with a flavorant and/or aromatic material to alter the taste and/or aroma of a cigar, comprising; providing said cigar with an elongated cigar puller extending from one end of said cigar and placed within the tobacco fill material, adding a flavorant and/or aromatic material to said cigar puller such that said flavorant and/or aromatic contacts the tobacco fill material adjacent said cigar puller.
. The method of claim 21 , wherein said cigar puller is hollow to provide a hollow interior and has a surface containing a plurality of holes, said flavorant and/or aromatic being added to the hollow interior of said cigar puller, said flavorant and/or aromatic being dispersed to said tobacco fill material through said holes.
. The method of claim 21 , wherein said cigar puller contains an outside surface having a continuous groove, said flavorant and/or aromatic being a liquid applied to said groove and being dispersed into said tobacco fill material as said liquid travels along said groove.
. The method of claim 21 , wherein said cigar puller extends exterior of said tobacco fill material, subsequent to contact of the tobacco fill material with said flavorant and/or aromatic, removing said cigar puller from said cigar so as to improve the draw of smoke through said cigar.
. The method of claim 21 , wherein said cigar puller is a string which extends from an exterior of said cigar into the interior of said cigar in contact with said tobacco fill material, adding a flavorant and/or aromatic to said string exterior of said cigar and pulling said string so that the added flavorant and/or aromatic contacts the tobacco fill material in the interior of said cigar.
. The method of claim 21 , wherein said flavorant and/or aromatic are comprised of fruit or plant oils or extracts.
. The method of claim 22 , wherein said flavorant and/or aromatic is added to said cigar puller as a liquid, solid or vapor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
