Claims

Abstract

The invention refers to a cover, comprising a fleece arranged between a top and a bottom layer which holds a super absorber. At least in one layer a permeability area which is permeable to moisture is provided through which the cover can be moistened in a controlled way.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A cover comprising
 a top liquid permeable layer,   an at least partially liquid permeable bottom layer,   a fleece layer held fixedly between the top layer and the bottom layer, the fleece layer extending between the top layer and the bottom layer in an entire area between the top layer and the bottom layer,   a super absorber fixedly coated on fibers of the fleece layer along the fibers of the fleece layer for absorbing moisture or liquid, and   an area of permeability permeable to liquids to uniformly moisten the cover with a controlled amount of liquid,   whereby the liquid is uniformly distributed in the fleece layer and leads to a cooling effect by evaporative removal of heat.   
     
     
         2 . A cooling system, comprising a closed interior space for receiving one or more of the covers, according to  claim 1 , wherein the closed interior space has a moistening device for moistening the cover and a drying device for a superficial drying of an exterior surface of the cover. 
     
     
         3 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a pocket-like recess consisting of liquid-absorbing material where the area of permeability is arranged. 
     
     
         4 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein one layer is equipped with one or more areas of permeability. 
     
     
         5 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein one layer is equipped with channeled free spaces. 
     
     
         6 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a moisture directing element as part of an information circuit, the moisture directing element interacting with a moistening device. 
     
     
         7 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a mechanical, electric, electro-magnetic or electronic moisture directing element connected wire- or wirelessly with an information circuit and a moistening device. 
     
     
         8 . The cover according to  claim 7 , wherein the information circuit or the moisture directing element is water-proof and mechanically stiff against bending. 
     
     
         9 . The cover according to  claim 7 , wherein the information circuit has a transmitting and reception antenna as well as an energy source. 
     
     
         10 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising an information circuit having sensors for a degree of saturation and a moisture degree for temperature of the environment or for physiologic information of the user. 
     
     
         11 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising an information circuit, a data memory for unchangeable identification characteristics and data memories for collecting measured values of sensors. 
     
     
         12 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a transmitting and reception antenna, where a signal transmitted by the transmitting antenna is also used for position fixing purposes. 
     
     
         13 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a garment, protective clothes, tarpaulin, medical product, blanket, headgear, covering, piece of equipment having a dependence on a rigidity of the cover on a share of the super absorber and a share of liquid bound by the super absorber in the fleece. 
     
     
         14 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the fleece is equipped with the super absorber, consisting of sodium polyacrylate. 
     
     
         15 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the fleece is made at least partly of super absorber-coated fibers. 
     
     
         16 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the fleece layer is made from natural material, selected from a group consisting of cotton, wool, silk, linen, woodpulp and mineral fibers, the mineral fibers selected from a group consisting of glass, asbestos, mineral wool and synthetic material, and the synthetic material selected from a group consisting of polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, acrylic fibers, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, rayon acrylic fibers and mixtures thereof. 
     
     
         17 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the fleece layer consists of fireproof material, hardly inflammable material, material impermeable to liquid, where the material has good heat conducting properties, at least at the layer facing an object to be cooled. 
     
     
         18 . The cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the fleece containing the super absorber has good water absorbing and yielding properties. 
     
     
         19 . The cover according to  claim 1 , further comprising a status indicating device with energy storage. 
     
     
         20 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the cover is dried by the drying device in such a way that an interior of the cover furthermore contains liquid when used actively and drying does not drain the fleece from liquid required for cooling. 
     
     
         21 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the moistening device is connected with a cover holding device whereby the holding device is one of a hanger, a frame and a fan. 
     
     
         22 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the moistening device has a valve which is be controlled by weight of the cover with a flexible connecting element of the moistening device interacting with a connecting member of the cover. 
     
     
         23 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the moistening device has at least one spray head. 
     
     
         24 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the moistening device has a floor with outlets for liquid, which is part of the moistening device. 
     
     
         25 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a climatic control, which monitors and controls time intervals, air moisture, gas composition and temperature in an interior space. 
     
     
         26 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a climatic control and the climatic control controls time intervals for moistening and drying processes. 
     
     
         27 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a climatic control element, which controls the moistening device and the drying device interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover. 
     
     
         28 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a control element interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover, and the control element has a communication unit with a transmitting and reception antenna for exchange of data with an information circuit of the cover. 
     
     
         29 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a control element interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover, whereby the control element accesses a data memory for identifying covers. 
     
     
         30 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising at least one load sensor which monitors a degree of liquid saturation of the cover or an amount of liquid introduced in the cover, where the load sensor is one of a mass, weight and moisture sensor interacting with a control element. 
     
     
         31 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a control element, working according to a RFID technique, interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover. 
     
     
         32 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a status indicating device for climate in the closed interior space and for the cover in the closed interior space. 
     
     
         33 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising two or more interior spaces separated from one another, and a control element interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover, the control element and a climate control, each are separate controls or part of a cabinet control. 
     
     
         34 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a control element interacting with a moisture activating element of the cover, wherein the control element and a climatic control are part of a cabinet control, and the cabinet control, the control element and the climatic control are store programming controls. 
     
     
         35 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising a cabinet control, a control element and a climatic control, which are connected to a tele-maintenance unit. 
     
     
         36 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising an air or gas recycling in the closed interior space. 
     
     
         37 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the drying device is one of a hot-air drying device, IR radiation dryer, immersion heaters and an air current course directed in the closed interior space in any direction. 
     
     
         38 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising additional heating elements for the drying device, for complete drying of objects. 
     
     
         39 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , wherein the moistening device rinses the cover for cleaning or maintenance purposes with a cleaning or disinfectant liquid. 
     
     
         40 . The cooling system according to  claim 2 , further comprising one of a cabinet, suitcase, chest, box, a chest-of-drawers and a trunk. 
     
     
         41 . The method for moistening a cover according to  claim 1 , having at least one layer of fleece absorbing liquid or moisture by the super absorber, wherein the moistening includes, first of all, a moistening or watering of the cover, and after that or at the same time a drying of an exterior surface of the cover. 
     
     
         42 . A cooling system comprising
 a cover having two layers with an area of permeability in at least one of the two layers to allow a controlled amount of liquid to be introduced into an interior of the cover, the at least one layer including a layer worn closest to an individual, the interior of the cover having a fleece layer fixedly coated with a superabsorber for absorbing the liquid, and   a chamber, the cover being loaded uniformly with liquid in a closed interior of the chamber and with the liquid being introduced into the cover inside the chamber in a controlled way through the area of permeability and into the fleece layer in such a way that the cover loaded with the liquid has a cooling potential when the cover is taken out of the chamber and used so that evaporation of the loaded liquid produces removal of heat and a cooling effect.
