Abstract
The present invention relates to a capsule ( 1 ) comprising a body ( 2 ) that has a space in which the powder will be put, becomes smaller downwards, the upper part of which is open and is in the form of a pot; at least one foil ( 3 ) which is used to cover the lower part of the body ( 2 ) and enables the powder (T) to remain in the chamber; and enabling the powders present therein to remain without deterioration for a long time.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 7 . (canceled)
. A capsule for a device comprising:
at least one body in a form of a pot which has a space wherein a powder or a gel form of foods or drinks to be prepared that are put therein, the body becomes smaller downwards and an upper part of which is open; at least one foil which is used to cover the open upper part of the body and enables the powder to remain in a chamber and characterized by the foil which becomes deformed as a result of a push rod of the device applying pressure to the foil, and enables the powder to be poured and transferred to the device.
. The capsule according to claim 8 , wherein at least one tearer which is placed inside the body, the tearer extends towards the upper part of the body and enables the foil to be torn.
. A capsule according to claim 9 , wherein the at least one tearer which is mounted to a lower part of the body from an inner surface of the body, the tearer extends towards the foil in a tapering way and is formed of three plates which have an angle of 120 degrees between each plate.
. A capsule according to claim 8 , wherein the body is in a frusto-conical form, a diameter of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claim 9 , wherein the body is in a frusto-conical form, a diameter of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claim 10 , wherein the body is in a frusto-conical form, a diameter of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claims 8 , wherein the body is in a truncated quadrangular prism form, a cross sectional area of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claims 9 , wherein the body is in a truncated quadrangular prism form, a cross sectional area of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claims 10 , wherein the body is in a truncated quadrangular prism form, a cross sectional area of which becomes smaller downwards.
. A capsule according to claim 8 , further comprising a recess extending upwards from a center of a lower part of the body.
. A capsule according to claim 9 , further comprising a recess extending upwards from a center of a lower part of the body.
. A capsule according to claim 10 , further comprising a recess extending upwards from a center of a lower part of the body.
. A capsule according to claim 11 , further comprising a recess extending upwards from a center of a lower part of the body.
. A capsule according to claim 14 , further comprising a recess extending upwards from a center of a lower part of the body.
. A capsule according to claim 8 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.
. A capsule according to claim 9 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.
. A capsule according to claim 10 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.
. A capsule according to claim 11 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.
. A capsule according to claim 14 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.
. A capsule according to claim 17 , further comprising at least one protrusion which extends parallel to a lateral surface of the foil along a periphery of the body and is fixed to the body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
