Bocce modifying game

Abstract

A bocce modifying game includes a gameplay setup, the gameplay setup including at least one target object and at least two movable objects, wherein the at least two moveable objects contain indicia thereon; assigning a plurality of players to at least two opposing teams, wherein at least one player on each team is assigned at least one of the moveable objects containing indicia; commencing gameplay, wherein teams attempt to project at least one of the corresponding assigned moveable objects containing indicia closest to the at least one target object; first scoring opportunity, wherein the moveable object of the corresponding team closest to the at least one target object determines a distribution of points; and modifying gameplay, wherein there is a second scoring opportunity, wherein further distribution of points during gameplay is effected by a display of a plurality of indicia corresponding to the at least two moveable objects.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bocce modifying game, the bocce modifying game comprising:
 a bocce setup including at least one target object and at least two movable objects wherein the at least two moveable objects contain indicia thereon, further wherein the at least two moveable objects are assigned for gameplay use by at least two players;   a first scoring mechanism for recording a first scoring opportunity wherein a moveable object, of the plurality of movable objects, closest to the at least one target object determines a distribution of points; and   a second scoring mechanism for recording a second scoring opportunity, wherein further distribution of points during gameplay is effected by a display of a plurality of indicia corresponding to the at least two moveable objects.   
     
     
         2 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the agreed upon rules and secondary scoring mechanism correspond to interactive play and scoring of Bocce Bingo. 
     
     
         3 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the agreed upon rules and secondary scoring mechanism correspond to interactive play and scoring of Battle Wordz Bocce. 
     
     
         4 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1 , wherein the agreed upon rules and secondary scoring mechanism correspond to interactive play and scoring of Bocce Box. 
     
     
         5 . The bocce modifying game of  claim 1  wherein the agreed upon rules and secondary scoring mechanism correspond to interactive play and scoring of Guess a Word Bocce. 
     
     
         6 . The bocce modifying of  claim 1 , wherein the agreed upon rules and secondary scoring mechanism correspond to interactive play and scoring of Bocce Letter Poker. 
     
     
         7 . A method of playing a bocce modifying game comprising the steps of:
 providing a gameplay setup, the gameplay setup including at least one target object and at least two movable objects, wherein the at least two moveable objects contain indicia thereon;   assigning a plurality of players to at least two opposing teams, wherein at least one player on each team is assigned at least one of the moveable objects containing indicia;   commencing gameplay, wherein each team attempts to project at least one of the corresponding assigned moveable objects containing indicia closest to the at least one target object;   scoring gameplay wherein there is a first scoring opportunity, wherein the moveable object of the corresponding team closest to the at least one target object determines a distribution of points;   modifying gameplay, wherein there is a second scoring opportunity, wherein further distribution of points during gameplay is effected by a display of a plurality of indicia corresponding to the at least two moveable objects.   
     
     
         8 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules correspond to secondary play and scoring of Bocce Bingo. 
     
     
         9 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules correspond to secondary play and scoring of Battle Wordz Bocce. 
     
     
         10 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules correspond to secondary play and scoring of Bocce Box. 
     
     
         11 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules correspond to secondary play and scoring of Guess a Word Bocce. 
     
     
         12 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules correspond to secondary play and scoring of Bocce letter poker. 
     
     
         13 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein an agreed upon set of interactive rules require achieving a specific combination of alpha-numeric symbols from indicia on the moveable objects. 
     
     
         14 . The method playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7  further comprising steps of determining and agreeing upon a predetermined set of rules to apply. 
     
     
         15 . The method playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 14  wherein at least one target object contains indicia corresponding at least one alpha-numeric symbol, wherein the alpha-numeric symbol dictates a predetermined set of rules to apply and be agreed upon. 
     
     
         16 . The method playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7  further comprising the steps of including at least one moveable object belonging equally to each of the corresponding teams. 
     
     
         17 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further comprising the steps permitting the plurality of players to select an advantage. 
     
     
         18 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 17  wherein a portion of the distribution of points may be exchanged for an advantage. 
     
     
         19 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 7 , further wherein a winner is determined by a highest distribution of points. 
     
     
         20 . The method of playing a bocce modifying game of  claim 19 , wherein the winner has the distribution of points equal to an agreed to amount of points corresponding with the winning of the game. 
     
     
         21 . A bocce-dart modifying game comprising:
 a target object;   a game playing area environment capable of receiving the target object, wherein the game playing area environment includes indicia located thereon;   at least two moveable targeting objects, capable of being projected toward the target object and received in the game playing area environment;   a first scoring mechanism for recording a first scoring opportunity wherein the moveable targeting object closest to the at least one target object determines a distribution of points; and   a second scoring mechanism for recording a second scoring opportunity, wherein further distribution of points during gameplay is effected by an interactive correspondence between the positioning of the moveable targeting objects in the game playing area environment and the proximity of the indicia located nearby, when the moveable targeting objects are received in the game playing area environment.
