Abstract

A reflection plate for an optical encoder includes: a base material ( 1 ) with a reflecting surface; and a film ( 3 ) that is formed on a part of the reflecting surface and includes a non-electrolytic plating film or an electrolytic oxide film.

1 . A reflection plate for an optical encoder, the reflection plate comprising:
 a base material of resin;   a first reflection region formed at a surface of the base material; and   a second reflection region having pores formed at the surface of the base material, the second reflection region having a lower reflectance than the first reflection region.   
     
     
         2 . The reflection plate for the optical encoder according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a coating film that covers at least a part of the reflection region and that is transparent to light reflected at the reflection region.   
     
     
         3 . The reflection plate for the optical encoder according to  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a second coating film that covers the coating film and the lower-reflection region.   
     
     
         4 . The reflection plate for the optical encoder according to  claim 1 , wherein the lower-reflection region is dyed. 
     
     
         5 . The reflection plate for the optical encoder according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an absolute pattern that comprises the reflection region and the lower-reflection region.   
     
     
         6 . A reflection plate for an optical encoder, the reflection plate comprising:
 a base material made of resin that has a reflection surface;   a film that is formed at a part of the reflection surface and that comprises a non-electrolytic plating film or an electrolytic oxide film; and   a coating film that is used for a patterning of the film, and that is capable of transmitting light reflected from the reflection surface and covers at least a part of a region of the reflection surface on which the film is not formed.   
     
     
         7 . The reflection plate for the optical encoder according to  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a coating film that covers at least a part of the reflection surface and that is transparent to light reflected at the reflection surface.
