Abstract
A dynamically varying image display system including a display, a thematic based sorting algorithm processor, and a display processor. The display is configured to sequentially display a plurality of thematically classified images and the thematic based sorting algorithm processor relies on various recognition systems.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A dynamically varying image display system including:
an electromagnetic radiation emitting display; a wireless interface; a power source; and a sensor operationally interfaced with a system activation component; thematic based sorting algorithm processor wherein the wireless interface is configured to be communicatively linked with a distributed database; and the thematic based sorting algorithm processor is configured to rely on at least one of the following: user added metadata; image capture device added metadata; object recognition of an object in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of a face in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of color in an image; and recognition of color distribution in an image; the thematic based sorting algorithm processor is configured to create a thematic image display sequence, and a display processor is configured to sequentially display images in the sequence indicated by the thematic based sorting algorithm processor.
2 . The dynamically varying image display system of claim 1 wherein the display processor is configured to play at least one of the following:
musical clips;
reading of inspirational material;
recorded dialogother material;
waves;
birds;
a brook;
a waterfall; and
raindrops.
3 . The dynamically varying image display system of claim 1 wherein content specific sounds are configured to be played and wherein the content specific sounds are configured to be customized to an individual image and include at least one of the following:
dialog;
music; and
sound recorded substantially contemporaneously with the image capture.
4 . The dynamically varying image display system of claim 1 wherein the thematic based sorting algorithm is configured to sort images based on at least one of the following:
the length of the display;
the degree of ambient light detected with an ambient light detector;
the degree of motion detected with a motion detector;
the time of day;
day of the week;
day of the month;
day of the year;
time of the year; and
physiological state of a user in proximity to said system.
5 . A dynamically varying image display system comprising:
a display configured to emit electromagnetic radiation, said display having an outer perimeter and a substantially rectangular shape; a thematic based sorting algorithm processor; an internal memory element; a user interface comprising a touch screen; a wireless system interface; a display processor; a memory element; an image duration display component; and a power supply element; wherein said thematic based sorting algorithm processor is configured to rely on at least one of: user added metadata; object recognition of an object in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of a face in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of color in an image; and recognition of color distribution in an image; to create a thematic image display sequence; and the wireless system interface is configured to wirelessly receive data; and the display processor is configured to sequentially display images in a sequence indicated by the thematic based sorting algorithm processor.
6 . The system of claim 5 , further including a motion sensor and system activation component.
7 . The system of claim 5 , further including a motion sensor, timer and system deactivation component.
8 . The system of claim 5 , further including an ambient light detector.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the display configured to emit electromagnetic radiation in proportion to light detected by the ambient light detector.
10 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the user interface include a theme button which allows a user to select at least one theme for an image display sequence.

The system of claim 5 , wherein images are displayed for varying lengths of time based on at least one of the following: theme; random selection; degree of ambient light detected; degree of motion detected with a motion detector; time of day; day of the week; day of the month; day of the year; time of the year; and physiological state of a user in proximity to said system.
12 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the user interface include an image duration display component.
13 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the user interface include an image display transition component.
14 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the system includes the ability to play sounds including at least one of the following: theme appropriate sounds; soothing sounds; repetitive sounds; and content specific sounds.
15 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the content specific sounds are selected based on at least one of the following: image recognition; object recognition; facial recognition; color recognition; and color distribution.
16 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the power source is self-contained.
17 . A dynamically varying image display system including:
the display is configured to emit electromagnetic radiation; the system includes a wireless interface which is configured to be communicatively linked to a distributed database; a thematic based sorting algorithm processor, wherein said thematic based sorting algorithm processor is configured to sequentially display a plurality of thematically classified images and the thematic based sorting algorithm processor relies on at least one of the following: user added metadata; image capture device added metadata; object recognition of an object in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of a face in an image taken remotely in time or location; recognition of color in an image; and recognition of color distribution in an image; and the thematic based sorting algorithm is configured to create a thematic image display sequence and said sequence is configured to be displayed for a customized time, said customization is configured to include a customization of time based on certain characteristics of an image.
18 . The system of claim 17 including an ambient light detector.
19 . The system of claim 17 wherein the system is configured to display advertisements and said advertisements are wirelessly delivered to said system.
