. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device can be used by a selected one of a left-handed athlete and a right-handed athlete.

. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device utilizes a hook and loop fastener to fittingly secure said non-conventional base belt around said athlete's waist.

. A sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device , comprising:
a vest style base that has a first side and a second side and is wrapped around and secured to an athlete with a torso, a waist and an arm while said athlete is swinging a piece of sports equipment; a pair of arm loops that is attached to said vest style base by a pair of expandable guide arms and is secured to said athlete's torso with a plurality of buttons; and a pair of sewn fasteners that are disposed on said first side and said second side of said vest style base that permanently secure said pair of expandable guide arms to said vest style base around said athlete's waist while utilizing said sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device.

. The device according to claim 9 , wherein said vest style base is used by a left-handed athlete and a right-handed athlete.

. The device according to claim 9 , wherein said vest style base is secured around said athlete's torso by a plurality of buttons.

. The device according to claim 9 , wherein said athlete's arm is inserted through one of said arm loops while said athlete is swinging said piece of sports equipment.

. The device according to claim 12 , wherein said one arm loop expands and contracts as said athlete utilizes said sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device.

. The device according to claim 9 , wherein said piece of sports equipment is selected from the group consisting of a golf club, an iron or a wood.
