Press lipstick assembly
Abstract
A press lipstick assembly includes a case, leap stick, cap, and a driving mechanism. The case includes a lower case and an upper case arranged to an upper end of the lower case. The columned lipstick is arranged inside the upper case and capable of being pushed out from the upper case. The cap can cover upon the upper case. The driving mechanism has a push button exposed out of a lower end of the lower case for being pressed. The lipstick will be raised up with a predetermined distance by a singe press of the push button so that the use of the lipstick is well controlled. Through above components, the press lipstick assembly is portable and easy to handle.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A press lipstick assembly comprising:
a case having a lower case and an upper case; the upper case being arranged to an upper end of the lower case; a columned lipstick arranged inside the upper case; the lipstick being pushed out of an upper end of the upper case; a cap covering the upper case; and a driving mechanism arranged to a lower portion of the lower case; the driving mechanism having a push button exposed from a lower end of the lower case for being pressed; the lipstick being raised up with a predetermined distance by a singe press of the push button.
2 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the driving mechanism further includes a retaining sleeve, retaining block, lead screw, lipstick holder, axial pusher, rotary slider, and a compression spring; wherein
the retaining sleeve is arranged to the lower portion of the lower case; a ring flange is formed to a middle section of an inner wall of the retaining sleeve; a plurality of rib extending from an upper edge of the ring flange is formed to the inner wall of the retaining sleeve with a predetermined gap between; a groove is formed between adjacent ribs; a sloping guide is formed to an upper end of each rib; all the sloping guides slope toward a same direction; the retaining block is arranged to an upper end of the retaining sleeve; the retaining block has a threaded hole penetrating from a top to a bottom thereof; the lead screw is threaded into the threaded hole of the retaining block; the lipstick holder is arranged to a top of the lead screw and is rotatable; the lipstick holder is inside the upper case and a bottom of the lipstick is placed on the lipstick holder; the axial pusher is hollow and a plurality of protruding guide is formed to an upper peripheral of the axial pusher so that the plurality of the protruding guide is slid into the grooves of the retaining sleeve; two slopes extend from a central top of each protruding guide towards adjacent protruding guides respectively; the bottoms of the slopes of adjacent protruding guides are connected; the rotary slider is arranged inside the retaining sleeve and above the axial pusher; the rotary slider has a through hole on a top thereof for being penetrated by the lead screw; the lead screw will only slide along the through hole without rotation; a plurality of clutch is formed around a peripheral of the rotary slider; a slide toward a predetermined direction is formed to a lower end of each clutch; the clutch will slide along the slope of the protruding guide and along the sloping guide of the rib by the slide; the compression spring is arranged between the retaining block and the rotary slider so as to provide a downward force to the rotary slider; the push button is arranged to a lower portion of the retaining sleeve, and the push button will axially move along the retaining sleeve; an upper end of the push button is connected to the axial pusher, and a lower end of the push button is exposed outside the retaining sleeve; the axial pusher will drive the rotary slider and the lead screw to rotate a predetermined angle every single press to the push button so as to raise up the lipstick holder and the lipstick with a predetermined distance.
3 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the through hole of the rotary slider has at least one spacing surface; the lead screw has a positioning surface corresponding to the spacing surface.
4 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a plurality of half-dome protrusion is formed to a peripheral of the upper case; the cap has a protruding ring on an inner wall thereof; the protruding ring having an arc cross-section will be stuck by the protrusions while the cap is slid upon the upper case so that the cap is not easy to be removed from the upper case.
5 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a top of the upper case is oblique.
6 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a plurality of retaining slot is formed to the upper end of the retaining sleeve; the retaining block has a plurality of buckle on a peripheral thereof for being embedded into the plurality of retaining slot of the retaining sleeve.
7 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the cap has a LED and at least one battery; the LED is powered by the battery so that the LED will project light from an open of the cap.
8 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the LED will be lit up while the cap is removed from the upper case; the LED will off while the cap is put back to the upper case.
9 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the cap has a conducting component; a power pin of the LED is electrically connected to an electrode of the battery; the conducting component has a fixed section and a flexible section; the fixed section is electrically connected to another electrode of the battery, and the flexible section is extended from the fixed section; while the cap is removed from the upper case, the flexible section will contact another power pin of the LED so as to light up the LED; while the cap is put back to the upper case, the flexible section will be pressed off the power pin of the LED so as to power off the LED.
10 . The press lipstick assembly as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the cap has a switch to turn on and turn off the LED.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
