Abstract

A screw closure ( 2 ) is provided on a soft packaging ( 1 ), preferably a film bag. Said screw closure consists of a first part, which consists of a spout having a fastening flange ( 4 ) for connecting to the soft packaging ( 1 ), and a second part ( 2 ) in the form of a screw cap ( 5 ). The screw cap has a top surface ( 50 ) and a lateral wall ( 51 ) having an internal thread ( 52 ) present in the lower region. Above the internal thread there is a thread-free portion ( 53 ), in the upper region of which a sliding seal ( 10 ) is arranged. The sliding seal ( 10 ) presses on a likewise thread-free region ( 7 ) of the spout above the external thread ( 6 ) disposed on the spout. A screw closure that is leak-proof even during unscrewing is thus achieved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A screw closure ( 2 ) for a container, comprising a spout ( 3 ) having external thread ( 6 ) as well as a cap ( 5 ) which can be screwed onto the spout ( 3 ) and which has a lateral wall ( 51 ), having an internal thread ( 52 ), and a top surface ( 50 ), wherein a thread-free region ( 7 ) is located above the external thread ( 6 ) on the spout ( 3 ), said thread-free region serving as a sliding surface for a circumferential sliding seal ( 10 ) disposed on an inside of the lateral wall ( 51 ) of the cap ( 5 ), wherein the sliding seal ( 10 ) is integrally formed above the internal thread ( 52 ) on the inside of said lateral wall ( 51 ), characterized in that the container is a film bag ( 1 ) and the spout ( 3 ) having the external thread ( 6 ) consists of a tubular part having a terminal fastening flange ( 4 ) which is mounted to the film bag ( 1 ) and in that the sliding surface and the sliding seal remain sealingly connected until the internal thread ( 52 ) of the cap ( 5 ) and the external thread ( 6 ) of the spout ( 3 ) are no longer in engagement and a deforming force applied by a user on the film bag when unscrewing the cap is released.

2 . The screw closure for soft packagings, according to claim 1 , characterized in that a thread-free wall region is located above the internal thread ( 52 ) of the cap ( 5 ), said thread-free wall region serving as a sliding support for a circumferential sliding seal disposed on an outside of the spout above and spaced apart from the external thread thereof.

3 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that the sliding seal is an L-seal in the shape of an apron.

4 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that when the screw cap ( 5 ) is set on the spout, the sliding seal ( 10 ) is oriented so as to be inclined toward a lower edge ( 55 ) of the lateral wall ( 51 ).

5 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that when the screw cap is set on the spout, the sliding seal ( 10 ) is oriented so as to be inclined in a direction of the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ).

6 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that an internal thread ( 22 ) is additionally arranged on an inside of the spout ( 3 ), in which internal thread an annular cutting element ( 20 ) having an external thread ( 25 ) is disposed so as to be transaxially movable with driving elements ( 23 ), said cutting element being movable via second driving elements ( 24 ) on the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ) and in that by means of a screwing motion of the cap ( 5 ), said cutting element ( 20 ), which has at least one cutting tooth ( 21 ) on a lower edge thereof directed towards film of the film bag, can cut open the film of the film bag using said at least one tooth.

7 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that an additional seal in the form of at least one sealing bead ( 54 ) is located in a corner region between the lateral wall ( 51 ) and the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ), said sealing bead fitting sealingly against an end face of the spout ( 3 ) in a closed state of the screw closure ( 2 ).

8 . The screw closure according to claim 1 , characterized in that a radial extension of the sliding seal ( 10 ) is greater than a distance from the inside of the lateral wall ( 51 ) of the cap ( 5 ) to an outside of the spout ( 3 ).

9 . The screw closure according to claim 2 , characterized in that the sliding seal is an L-seal in the shape of an apron.

10 . The screw closure according to claim 2 , characterized in that when the screw cap ( 5 ) is set on the spout, the sliding seal ( 10 ) is oriented so as to be inclined toward a lower edge ( 55 ) of the lateral wall ( 51 ).

11 . The screw closure according to claim 2 , characterized in that when the screw cap is set on the spout, the sliding seal ( 10 ) is oriented so as to be inclined in a direction of the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ).

12 . The screw closure according to claim 2 , characterized in that an internal thread ( 22 ) is additionally arranged on an inside of the spout ( 3 ), in which internal thread an annular cutting element ( 20 ) having an external thread ( 25 ) is disposed so as to be transaxially movable with driving elements ( 23 ), said cutting element being movable via second driving elements ( 24 ) on the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ) and in that by means of a screwing motion of the cap ( 5 ), said cutting element ( 20 ), which has at least one cutting tooth ( 21 ) on a lower edge thereof directed towards film of the film bag, can cut open the film of the film bag using said at least one tooth.

13 . The screw closure according to claim 2 , characterized in that an additional seal in the form of at least one sealing bead ( 54 ) is located in a corner region between the lateral wall ( 51 ) and the top surface ( 50 ) of the cap ( 5 ), said sealing bead fitting sealingly against an end face of the spout ( 3 ) in a closed state of the screw closure ( 2 ).
