Image transmission apparatus, image transmission method and image transmission program product

Abstract

An image acquiring apparatus that includes: an acquiring module to acquire an image of an object; a display module to display the image; a masked region determining module to determine a masked region to mask at least a part of the image displayed on the display module; a feature extraction module to extract a feature from the image; a masked region movement module to move the masked region determined by the masked region determining module according to a change in a position of the feature; and a composite image generation module to generate a composite image in which the masked region of the image is converted to another image.

1 . An image acquiring apparatus comprising:
 an acquiring module to acquire an image of an object;   a display module to display the image;   a masked region determining module to determine a masked region to mask at least a part of the image displayed on the display module;   a feature extraction module to extract a feature from the image;   a masked region movement module to move the masked region determined by the masked region determining module according to a change in a position of the feature; and   a composite image generation module to generate a composite image in which the masked region of the image is converted to another image.   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus comprising according to  claim 1 , further comprising a facial region detection module to detect a facial region form the image, wherein the masked region determining module determines the masked region based on the detected facial region. 
     
     
         3 . An image acquiring method comprising:
 acquiring an image of an object;   displaying the image;   determining a masked region to mask at least a part of the image;   extracting a feature from the image;   moving the masked region according to a change in a position of the feature; and   generating a composite image in which the masked region of the image is converted to another image.   
     
     
         4 . The image acquiring method according to  claim 3 , further comprising detecting a facial region from the image, wherein determining the masked region comprises determining the masked region based on the detected facial region.
