. A compact seating device, comprising:
a backpack portion with two sides that includes a slit on each said side of the backpack portion to accommodate a user with two arms and a back to place said arms through to secure said back pack portion to said back of said user; a bottom portion with a top surface that is hingedly attached to said backpack portion; a pair of telescoping rods that are attached to said bottom portion and extend to said backpack portion; a plurality of waterproof fabric sheets that are disposed across said top surface of said bottom portion that serve as a sitting support; and an overall cross-leg design that includes a plurality of crossing u-shaped braces that form an x-shaped support to said bottom portion.

. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said bottom portion serves as a base of said compact seating device.

. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said backpack portion pivots backwards and forwards in relation to said bottom portion.

. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said telescoping rods are made of aluminum.

. The device according to claim 4 , wherein said aluminum is recycled aluminum.

. The device according to claim 1 , wherein said crossing u-shaped braces that form said x-shaped support are made of aluminum.

. The device according to claim 6 , wherein said aluminum is recycled aluminum.

. A compact seating device, comprising:
a trapezoid-shaped backpack portion with two sides that includes a slit on each said side of the backpack portion to accommodate a user with two arms and a back to place said arms through to secure said back pack portion to said back of said user; a cube-shaped bottom portion with a top surface that is hingedly attached to said backpack portion; a pair of telescoping rods that are attached to said bottom portion and extend to said backpack portion; a plurality of waterproof fabric sheets that are disposed across said top surface of said bottom portion that serve as a sitting support; and an overall cross-leg design that includes a plurality of crossing u-shaped braces that form an x-shaped support to said bottom portion.

. The device according to claim 8 , wherein said bottom portion serves as a base of said compact seating device.

. The device according to claim 8 , wherein said backpack portion pivots backwards and forwards in relation to said bottom portion.

. The device according to claim 8 , wherein said telescoping rods are made of aluminum.

. The device according to claim 11 , wherein said aluminum is recycled aluminum.

. The device according to claim 8 , wherein said crossing u-shaped braces that form said x-shaped support are made of aluminum.

. The device according to claim 13 , wherein said aluminum is recycled aluminum.

. A compact seating and backpack device, comprising:
a trapezoid-shaped backpack portion with two sides that includes a slit on each said side of the backpack portion to accommodate a user with two arms and a back to place said arms through to secure said back pack portion to said back of said user; a cube-shaped bottom portion with a top surface that is hingedly attached to said backpack portion; a pair of telescoping rods that are attached to said bottom portion and extend to said backpack portion; a plurality of waterproof fabric sheets that are disposed across said top surface of said bottom portion that serve as a sitting support; and an overall cross-leg design that includes a plurality of aluminum crossing u-shaped braces that form an x-shaped support to said bottom portion.
